If you live in Germantown, Philadelphia or surrounding areas, this is a great place to acquire your hardware needs.
Their prices are reasonable and competitive with major hardware chains such as Home Depot and others. If you want keys copied and made, go to this hardware location. They are absolutely great at doing keys 🔑🗝🔐

Lastly, their customer service is great.

The owner is a class act himself but you wouldn't know him as he's

Well staffed, has nearly everything I need and prices meet or best the big box stores, I was surprised. Staff has taken a little time to warm up but been there several times now and they seem friendlier and don't have to go to home Depot or Lowe's. That alone is worth 5 stars

Great store! They have almost anything you could want, including drywall, basic lumber, mouldings, etc. You can also order cabinets and windows here. If you don’t see it just ask! They have a lot of stock in their basement and across the street warehouse. Highly recommended for supporting a local business AND saving yourself the drive and headache of big box stores.

Great place for a quick one stop shop. Had everything i needed and more. Prices even beat out big stores like home depot. The good looking white haired owner was so helpful.

I have gotten keys made here. VERY AFFORDABLE.
Some other stores want like $7.00 for one key. ONE KEY! 7-Eleven charges more than $11.00 with tax! Out-freaking-rageous! 😮😡 Don't do it: you don't have to stand for that.
At True Value they're helpful and actually try to help you save money.
If your copy doesn't work, just bring the key and receipt back and you'll get it re-made at no cost.
Plus you can get scratch-offs and have them redeemed there, probably up to a limit, but don't quote me on that.
Also I'm not sure about the selection, but they DO have pest control products.

I was having a hard time finding a skeleton key lock for my door and pic a panel didn't have the box either but was able to supply me with the perfect door knob to fit in the box 👍. All of this took no more than about 15 mns. The store was also spacious and neat.

Scott and John are great to deal with. In a day and age where customer "service" is a lost art these guys prove they are willing to do what it takes to earn your business. As a contractor it means a lot.

Excellent I have been going there for over 22years Scott is the best I remember when his father was in charge and he was working with him Now Scott runs it with a group of wonderful guys always willing to help you with any household task I always enjoy stopping in

Staff is extremely helpful. You walk in and 3 or 4 staffers ask you what you need. They never try to sell you more then you need and very helpful with projects
