I was so pleased with the customer service here! Lisa C. was SO sweet and helpful and the finance guy Joe also was very nice and helpful, went to bat for me with my loan. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a car, my used forester was in such good condition and really low mileage!

Had my car inspected today. Everything was timely, took me in as scheduled and finished as planned. The team also addressed a concern I had (new noise), identified it, and had it repaired and processed under my warranty. I was also given suggested services/parts but not pressured. We recently bought a car from John Kennedy Subaru in Plymouth Meeting and could not have been happier with the process. Our Sales Associate (thank you again Alicia!) was fantastic and made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase.

I have been to quite a few dealerships over the last few months and my experience at John Kennedy was head and shoulders above the rest. Lisa (sales) was respectful of my time and to-the-point and Karen in finance was also not pushy and honest about the value of different packages for me and what was a good fit. Everything was very above-board and I just wish they were the first dealer I visited! Would highly recommend.

The heat stopped working in my 2020 Subaru legacy, I brought it in and everything was fixed in a day! I was issued a loner car, which was way nicer than my own Subaru, and I’m pretty sure they washed the outside of my car. So overall great experience! 👍

Appt was honored on time. Had a loaner (gorgeous). Car was purchased there in 2014. I only went one other place to have it serviced and wasn’t happy. The day of my appt, i was greeted by the GM (due to sudden staffing changes). That the GM was checking people in, greeting people, driving cars around to mechanics….shows integrity. I would recommend them to anyone!

This dealership's staff really went out of their way to make sure I could purchase a car I've wanted for over twenty years. They made a great offer on my trade-in and provided excellent financing options to select from. Since the Impreza Sport was pre-owned, they performed Subaru's factory certification so it retains their lengthy warranty. I appreciate that I was shown a copy of that work scope and noted how thorough it really is.

They both helped me buy a used Forester for my daughter. They were patient, and went out of their way to help get her financed! Lisa was tremendous as our sales person and made sure that everything went smoothly and that my daughter was happy with her choice. Joe went out of his way to get her financed since her credit needed a little help. They were transparent through the whole process! I purchased my 2023 Crosstrek there and helped 2 other friends purchase cars there! Great place to purchase a car and absolutely no pressure sales! They now have a loyal customer!

Anthony and his excellent team are simply the best you could ever encounter as a new, used car or service client. Great staff, honest prices, all around fantastic and smooth experience. Rob Wiltshire was a huge help and answered all my questions straight. Gave me upsides and downsides of the car, never felt like I was just being marketed to. They were patient when I had some insurance issues as well. All in all, would highly recommend for a new or used Subaru. All the stock is online too!

Great service experience. The service associate who assisted me was professional and worked really well with me to get my car functioning again. They were quicker with the service than I anticipated and my car rides amazingly. I will definitely be returning for service when needed.

Couldn’t be happier with my recent experience here! Walked in late Saturday afternoon and walked out less than two hours later with a new Forester Wilderness. We’d been to other dealers in the area, but nobody was half as knowledgeable or helpful as Alicia who guided us through the sale. She even stayed past closing time to make sure I was comfortable with the controls and buttons (coming from an ‘05 vehicle, all the new tech was pretty overwhelming!) She also sorted out a minor hiccup quickly with the crossbars we’d added on. Would recommend John Kennedy and Alicia for anyone in the area looking to purchase a Subaru!

Loved my experience here! I found the car I wanted on their website, and worked the pricing using pictures of my trade and a quote on the same vehicle at another dealership. When I visited, I worked with Lisa Carmichael, who could not have been nicer or more informative. We test drove the car and finalized the numbers. The used car manager even came over and thanked me for my purchase. Since the dealership had misplaced the second key, they ordered me one. When it came in, they booked a service appt to have it coded. Great experience with this dealership; I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat!
