We had a fantastic experience here! I live 5 minutes from the location, but never had stopped in. The woman that greeted us told us we could make our own free putty in a tin once we were done exploring. My 10-year-old son and I looked all around and found so many amazingly cool products. We had known about crazy errands putty for years, but had never been in this location. She guided us through the DIY, and we had a blast! Ended up making a little purchase of some favorite things and will definitely be back! Feel so blessed to have such a cool business local to me! Absolutely check them out if you have kids that love slime, putty, dough etc! I think the woman that worked with us was named Lisa or Lori or something, ask for her she's phenomenal!

Such a great place to take your putty/slime obsessed kids. Went there today right after school - girls had SUCH a great time. Our hostess was amazing and kindly explained all the different products for my 10-yr olds and let us try/sniff/stretch all of them!

While they were playing and shopping for favs, she took time to talk about why she loved her job and all the amazing things Aaron’s is used for … like at funeral homes for grieving kids as an example, or occupational therapy. Just a really, really neat experience where we felt welcomed and special.

Cool little shop in Norristown with all types of Crazy Aaron’s thinking putty. When we arrived, they gave us a demonstration and we mixed and made our own putty. Would definitely go back to pick up more varieties. Great for both kids and adults!

You get make your own mini putty for free. Which was a nice surprise. The staff is super friendly. The store was clean and it was easy to find everything.

Love this product, have purchased many different putties over the years and all have been excellent. Quick tip as well after reading some other reviews, store the putty in the tin right side up and on a flat surface to prevent the putty sealing the lid shut. Putty is still a liquid and will settle in the tin over time just as any other liquid would so setting it right side up will keep the putty on the bottom of the tin and make opening it alot easier. Amazing product and would reccomend it to anyone!

Amazing place for all!
My 3.5 year old loves this putty as much as I do. Fidgeting with the small putty while in a stressful meeting helps me with anxiety and concentration. It also helps with my son's fine motor skills, frustration tolerance (hide inside putty's), patience, concentration, and confidence.
Their store is so fun! They have interactive stations set up at every category of putty. You can feel, see, and smell the differences. Their staff is so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. We had so much fun that I didn't take any pictures. I highly recommend that you stop by and check them out!

This shop is vibrant, clean, full of life and bustling with excited children and their parents. There is something for everyone at affordable prices, even some apparel! There is putty and dough for sale with an almost unlimited option for colors and effects. Erin the shop manager took the time to welcome me and everyone after me and ensure I had everything I needed or wanted even offering to email me when and out of stock item arrived back in stock. Absolutely incredible experience and worthy of a destination trip for an hour. You can even mix your own putty for FREE! 10 OUT OF 10 STARS OMG! Don't break laws but do hurry to visit this place it's like heaven on earth and brought the kid out of me! Highly recommended!

We stopped in here today after hearing about it from a friend! I was great!!! I honestly knew nothing about Crazy Aaron's walking in there today and neither did my kids. The employees working here were amazing. They were so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with my kids, showing us around and explaining all of the different products! We loved making our own putty while we were there too. We left the store excited to go back! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

The staff here was amazing! They made the visit with our grandkids fun for ALL of us! The kids enjoyed the products and I even bought some for my office. Definitely recommend a visit but all at least an hour for fun!

My grandson is visiting from Alaska, and my granddaughter had her 5th birthday on Friday. Someone suggested that we visit Crazy Aaron's in Norristown for the occasion. What a well kept secret that was! I did not know Crazy Aaron's was located right in our back yard. This place was great! The young lady and young man working in the Shop were so friendly and kind to my grandchildren. They explained all the different types of putty, showed us some cool things to do with the putty, and then helped us each make our own free mini tin of putty to take home. We even caught a glimpse of Aaron himself, on his way to a meeting. I told my coworkers that this is a trip they must put on their bucket list, as something to do with their kids and grandchildren. We will be back to visit again!

My 5 year old continued to talk about how nice the woman in the store was. Customer service went above and beyond to help fix a situation with a product, essentially giving us an extra putty in the process. We now refer to that putty as the kindness putty, as a way for my kids to remember to show kindness to one another like the women in the store did. Kindness goes a long way. And the putty is awesome too! ☺

I love this product of this slime. Me and my family had those in the late 10's and it really made my memories to be there as a sensory thinking putty toy in the 2010's. And I love it along with fidget spinners and it came before pop-it sensory toys came out in the early 20's. I'm autistic, have sensory, and proud of it!

The perfect toy for stress relief and fun! I bought my child her first tin of Crazy Aaron's putty in a hospital gift shop when she was hospitalized for two weeks. Since then we have bought two tins and she is hooked! Love all the colors, variety and feel of the putty.

Had the greatest afternoon here. The two ladies working were so fun and knowledgeable, taught us some new things about the putty we already had at home and then showed us all the unique ones they had in the store. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

So glad we decided to stop into the shop yesterday!! Got to make our own putty and then bought some amazing Cosmic Putty! The process of making it was a blast and I would recommend it to anyone looking to do something fun. Only took about 15 mins too. The owner was even hard at work running around when we were there. We will be back for sure!

This place is fantastic for a quick and very fun activity. My kids got to make their own free little sample putty and add all the colors and glitter they wanted to.

PLUS they have cool and innovative products that you can test out prior to buying.....and even better, its a Philly local business. Highly recommend stopping in.

Took my son to the shop. The employees were beyond kind and helpful with my son. He was able to make his own putty and spend time trying different things out. Fantastic place.

What's not to love? Children enjoyed making their own putty, and playing with the samples of all the different putties offered for sale. There was a wide selection of gift items. The employee was welcoming and kind. We will be back.

Such a fun experience! My friend and I had to check out the store after we fell in love with Crazy Aaron's Putty. Got to make our own putty to take home and we will definitely be coming back and bringing friends!
