Bromley House Apartments

Highly recommend Bromley, lived here for about 2yrs and you can't beat the neighborhood. Everything you'd need is within walking distance or public transit (bus stop right around the corner).

Dawn and the entire leasing/maintenance team are amazing. They're extremely communicative and quick to respond to any questions, maintenance requests, etc.

Never have issues with packages or mail. It's a great and safe community.

I have nothing but positive feedback regarding my experience with Bromley House Apartments. Back in May of this year I needed to locate a seasonal apartment for a period of 6 months. I reached out to the staff at Bromley House and within only a few days I was basically signing a lease. The whole process was fast and efficient. Dawn took me on an in-person tour and walked me though are the leasing steps with no stress. The apartment itself was amazing . . . a very spacious layout with plenty of closet space. One week after moving in I found an entire walk-in closet that I didn't even realize I had. I thought it was just a standard utility closet. LOL.

My apartment was a 2-bedroom 2 bathroom layout. One of the major pluses was that the main entrance to my building was extremely accessible with a wide entry way and entry ramp (no steps) that allowed me to transport my belongings easily into my unit. I always had a place to park my vehicle day or night and the surrounding community was very inviting. My fellow neighbors were also very engaging and polite whenever I would see them.

I have lived in 3 of the 4 major apartment complexes located on Wissahickon Avenue in the East Falls section of Philadelphia. I would rate Bromley House the #1 spot on that list when it comes to affordability vs space. I would definitely recommend Bromley to anyone looking for a very nice and affordable apartment that is strategically convenient to public transportation and major highways and managed by a great team.

Hello Emily, so far everything is beautiful. The Maintence man, stopped by yesterday and stopped my toilet from running, fixed my closet doors, and the shower so the water would be a little warmer. The Maintence, man name was David. James, was another one that helped me. These two guys were so well mannered and respectful. I could tell they were happy and appreciated the fact that they a job. They did their very best to fix any issues that needed to be address in my apartment.

The maintenance, Supervior Jamaine was also nice, when I ran into him in the hall, and shared I needed a part for closet doors. Emily, the women in the office Felicia, Cianni, and Dawn are very sweet spirited. They addressed all my questions and concerns, as I seemed to settled down in my new apartment.

I have only lived in the Bromley House for a few months, and so far I am well pleased with everything. No worries.

The parking lot, is great and safe. The gym, and laundry room are great. The hallways, smell so nice with soothing music in the lobby when enter through the main door. The hallway, is so clean, you could probably eat off the floors.

So far, searching for a place to live. I am happy that God lead me to enquire about renting an apartment here. At my age, I only hope and pray, that this will be a place, that I can come home to and for a very long time. Thank you, for allowing me to be a part of the Lindy family. Lorraine

I enjoyed my stay at the Bromley House. The apartments were clean with new cabinets and fixtures. The carpet and paint job was fresh. The neighborhood was quiet with no drama. The rental office and property manager Felicia Howell was always friendly and professional. The rest of the staff was nice as well. I never saw a rodent or a bug while living there. I gave the company business for serval years at another one of their locations. I wouldn’t mind living at another Lindy Property in the future.

The office professionals are friendly and caring. The maintenance staff responds to requests in a timely fashion. Residents are friendly when I meet them in the hallway or outside.

My husband and I moved in here in November last year. So far, so good. We got the two bedroom apartment, and it’s very spacious. Large living area and very clean. Beautiful neighborhood and it’s very clean around the building. Very quiet and beautiful scenery around the complex.

I love living hear at Bromley House.We have lived at Bromley House for almost a year and a half.The experience has been excellent.Dawn Buck, the maintenance teem and all the office personal have been friendly and courteous.The maintenance staff is quick, friendly and professional,. I have no complaints and will stay with my family for many years if I can.I am home.

Among the various distinct residences that Lindy Properties has for apartment hunters to choose from – the Bromely House was among our family top pick due to the location – and clean environment that Bromely House had to offer. At first glance – the exterior of the four buildings on the property seem to show their age, despite that, all of the buildings and exterior areas are very well maintained.

Living room and bedroom areas are spacious to accommodate a comfortable family setting. Bathroom areas are a bit tight, but the other living spaces make up for those little inconveniences.

All of the cabinets in the kitchen area are constructed of Fabuwood; the wood is easy to keep clean and contain much space for the at-home chef who loves the space accommodation for entertainment purposes.

The Bromely House also offers a comfortable outdoor seating area that can accommodate a summer or fall family get together. The gazebo area is located near building B – which is directly next to the stone-pit fire grill.

I enjoy the fact that the electric bill is the only utility tenants have to pay, and the bill itself is calculated to be paid on a monthly basis – which is combined with the rent as an easy pay feature.

Since residing at the Bromely House, I have encountered a few issues that were resolved on a timely basis, and the issues were resolved without further delay or worry. The management staff is professional and do their best to resolve any issue so all residents can live in a harmonious setting.

Pros: Great appliances and the heating units are superb to keep you warm and cozy in cooler weather. Shopping carts are available throughout the complex to provide easy access for the elderly or those tenants wishing to use them to transport their laundry or grocery items.

Cons: Weight and exercise room needs new equipment, ninety percent of the equipment is outdated and desperately needs to be updated. Building B on all four floors need new carpets. Would also be nice if Lindy Property would invest in ceiling fans for all hallway areas, due to it becomes extremely hot in the warmer months.

Wish List: Wish that the fee to rent the fire-pit grill would be eliminated and included free-of-charge as a renters perk, or if tenants were allowed to cookout on the grounds that are available to all Bromely House residents.

My car broke down in front of this building and I ended up waiting 4 hours for a tow truck to appear. Didn't get mugged while waiting. 10/10 would break down here again.

Great Apartments! With parking lot, Laundry, library, swimming pool and more. Close to three Supermarkets.
