The water is a bit hard and does have a slight smell to it. The room was decent and clean at arrival. The customer service from Amber at the front desk from our original call a week ago to our arrival last night was the most pleasant we have seen in a long time. She treated us with respect , she was caring , and did what she had to , to please us and make sure we were happy and satisfied. - we are traveling with a special needs child for doctor appointments . So our stay here was greatly appreciated and we will be back for any further appointments.

We offer deluxe rooms for short stays, ideal for business trips and relaxation. Prices reasonable, staffs are very friendly. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast or a cuppa from the coffee corner. It's good deal overall.

As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by a very polite staff member. He took me to my room, showed me around, and explained everything to me. The room was impeccably clean. I felt like the room was brand new. The atmosphere was peaceful. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience.

The hotel staff was amazing. As soon as we hit the parking lot we were greeted and asked if we needed any help with luggage. The front desk staff was helpful and kind, they helped me get a phone charger when everyone else was sold out. The room was very nice, the pool area was quiet and relaxing. The
business center offered free printing and a clean conference room to work in while I waited for a package to arrive. The only thing I would change is the breakfast-they did not have enough people to refill food on time so I ended up waiting 20 minutes just to get a new platter from the buffet

Surprisingly delightful!! Stayed here with friends after attending a memorial service. Looks like they're renovating, but it's still in pretty decent shape. The tv and fridge worked great and the beds are super comfortable. Not very fancy, but cheap n cozy.

Stay was excellent, service was top notch and food was immaculate. I visited the near by assessment park with my family of 9 and my parents (yes me and my wife have a handful). We checked in and the desk was helpful and informative. While we waited for our room the kids went into the pool. I did a cannon ball and got my parents SOAKED!!!!! The other families at the pool were upset I kept dunking their kids but all is fair in love and war. When we got to our rooms we noticed the quality inn living up to its name. Stayed for multiple nights without any problems. One night I stayed out a little late for a few drinks and got locked out of my room. My wife let me in but in a drunken rage yelled at her. The neighbors in the room next door called the front desk but I didn't hear from them. I guess they take their guests privacy seriously. In the end I would recommend this hotel to everyone especially with lung problems because of the clean air and lack of mildew. 5/500.
