Alex is a great sales man. We went over on a day it snowed and W & L had both cars I wanted to look at cleaned off and ready for a test drive. He listened to the wants for the car. He gave me time to decide which car I really wanted. Alex was warm and friendly. The whole team made us feel warm and welcome. They did not have the attitude oh just buy a car and go. They truly listened and helped. Would highly recommend.

Amazing!!! Very nice, clean and respectful. It was my first time to go to a dealership and they made me feel so comfortable. In a couple of hours I picked out a car, talked to finance and I was done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a new (used) car!!

I have never been nor will I ever be a fan of the back and forth monotony of price negotiation. Thankfully none of that here. Kyle was attentive. Did not waste my time and all in start to finish in about an hour. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Will be returning in four years to do it again with my daughter’s car.

After not having much luck getting my local dealer in Warren to acquire the car my wife wanted. I called down to W&L and they got the vehicle promptly. The deal was made over the phone, including the trade. The next day we pulled in signed the papers and was on our way back home in less than an hour. Since then my daughter did the exact same thing to get her first new car ! This is a solid dealership.

The experience of purchasing our car was incredibly easy despite the lack of available cars. Alex, our salesman, was extremely helpful and had everything in place when we arrived to pick up our car upon its early delivery. Overall, the best car buying experience I’ve had.

I’ve been to numerous other dealers in PA, but W&L is by far the best I’ve dealt with. They were understanding of what I was looking for, didn’t try to upsell me, and generally were respectful. Gavin is amazing. We were traveling through PA and hit an object in the road. It damaged our power steering so we searched the nearest Subaru and found W and L. Gavin helped us so much, he got our car right in to assess the damage. They needed to order the parts to repair it. He provided us with a car so we could continue on our trip and not miss a beat. He was great at communicating with us exactly what work had to be done and when we could expect our car back. We can not thank Gavin and W and L Subaru enough for all their help!!

He showed us a lot of cars before we were able to make up our mind and decided on the 2022 Outback onyx XT package. No pressure and answered all our questions. Thank you Mike.

My Legacy Touring XT purchase from W & L was about as painless as it could be. I kind of surprised them with a trade I thought would be sold before I got there, but that fell through because, well... family. Anyway, Becky took it in stride, had their guy look at it and made an offer. After a small amount of negotiating, they explained how they came up with their offer, and we came to an agreement. Two questions were asked about extra packages, and no extraneous fees were mentioned or added on. And they give money to local(and national) charities for every new car they sell. The transaction paperwork was quick and thorough and an extended warranty was offered, but not pushed. Then, about a half hour having the bells and whistles explained, and a promise to contact me later for any questions I may have, and I was off. I'd rate it as one of the top-if not the top- car buying experiences I've had. I definitely recommend W & L if you're in the market for a car.

They even have an awesome kids zone for kids to play. 🥰 thank you all for everything. Bought a 2020 ascent from them and not upgraded to the 2023 ascent. Extremely happy with my 2024 Outback. This was my second purchase here and I couldn't recommend W&L more. Kyle and Colby are great guys, they make the entire process easy. We will be returning again in the future.
