My water heater stopped working AND started leaking at 5pm on a Sunday, and Boss Plumbing was the only company that called me back immediately and made me feel re-assured that we'd figure out the problem. By sending photos of the water heater, they were able to assess that the water heater needed to be replaced (which it did at 14-years-old). Within hours of giving them the green light, they had the old unit out and the new hot water heater installed - all while communicating updates and progress and dealing with a tricky apartment building that made the job more complex. They were so friendly and helpful - and fast!

We had a problem with our toilet, the water was not filling up in the tank. These guys came in, gave us a quick estimate and got it all fixed in 5 minutes! Great service and very friendly!

Would highly recommend Warren and his team! We had a near disaster with our sump pump in a recent storm, Warren came out twice in difficult weather conditions to install a new two pump system. As a critical part of our house being located in a flood plain and with a high water table, the sump needed to be bulletproof, and Warren's knowledge, professionalism and high-quality work was immediately evident. He calmly eased all concerns, answered all questions, and I can confidently say we can now sleep easy at night.

We trust Warren and his Boss team with all of our plumbing problems, whether small or large. The first time we called him it was for a leak in the second floor bathroom sink. Warren came and looked at the situation and told my husband how to fix it himself (it was a simple fix) instead of charging us lots of money for a simple job. This made me trust him and know he was very honest and professional. Several months later, we called with a much more serious problem: our sewage main line was blocked and cracked. This was also an extra complex job because it required excavating right next to a lighting pole, which meant getting PECO involved. Warren and Simone (his lovely mom who handles estimates, invoices, and general communication with the client) took care of everything with PECO, and city permits. He gave us what we learned through research was a very fair price, got the job done in a day with a team of very professional guys, installed a sump pump for us the next day, and is coming back to replace the utility sink in the basement this week. The Boss team is a delight to work with. They are very savvy, polite, professional, honest, unobtrusive, and charge you fairly for a job well done. We will come back to Boss any time we have a plumbing issue again and, honestly, so should you 😊.

Called Boss Plumbing because my kid flushed a toy down the toilet. Warren came out the same day and did an awesome inspection on it. He made sure the toilet would flush properly, as well as checked that the water was draining properly outside.

Excellent customer service and quality of work from Warren and the rest of the team. Came well after hours to stop an emergency leak, and was back first thing in the AM with a new copper pipe to replace the faulty one and get water back on to the building. Great communication, worked fast, and very friendly!

Would highly recommend Boss plumbing to anyone and everyone! I blew up my garbage disposal on a sunday afternoon and they came out within a few hours and found a much bigger issue with my pipes. They were open and honest through everything and were able to come and fix everything on Monday. Throughout the whole experience they explained everything and found ways to get things done the right way without charging me an arm and a leg. Will be calling Boss Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!

Had the drain pipe in my row home break and become clogged with dirt, causing sewage to back up into my basement. Warren and his crew responded same day and came over to do an estimate.
They unclogged the drain and completely cleaned and sanitized my basement, allowing us to move back into the home.

Warren communicated quickly and effectively, and we will be using him to replace the broken pipe going to the sewer

We've been using Boss for a while now. They are the only ones we trust. They are friendly, professional, and good at what they do.We even used their services to repair some plumbing at my grandparents house and they would take the time to explain to them what needed to be done and why. Our most recent call was to fix some corroded pipes so our new washer could be hooked up. As soon as I sent some pics of the pipes he sent me an estimate and showed up within in an hour of us confirming. It's hard to know who to trust with your home but we feel comfortable with Boss.

I am more then pleased with the job that was done today by Tyson .he was respectful,patient,pleasant and more then understanding of my concerns as well as my 1,000 questions ,but he insured me he would fix the blockage in my drainage and he did just that ! I highly recommend Boss Plumbing. They responded quickly when I had a clogged kitchen drain on a Saturday. The plumber was friendly, fixed the clog fast, and charged a fair price. Excellent service even on weekends. I'll be using Boss Plumbing again
