The whole staff was very pleasant, easy to talk to and took all if my concerns seriously. Jill kept me informed with updates on my vehicles service quite often. The technicians did not stop checking my vehicle until they found the problem and fixed it correctly! Overall this is the best dealership experience I've ever had.

What a great service experience at Koch Ford yesterday. Took my Roush 427R in for service and inspection. The team highlighted work that needed to be done and even found a problem I didn't know existed and took care of it for me. Special thanks to Matthew, Jim and Justin. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and just a great team!

Fantastic service from thr service center. I had 4 recalls and diagnostic test that needed to be done. The ford service centers in NY would have taken about a month to take me in and another few days to complete. With Koch they took me in with no problem fixed everything within a few hours. I drove from NY to PA just for their services and it was well worth it. Jillian was really nice, she kept me updated on each repair and what was covered from my warranty. Thank you everyone.

Tom and his techs in the truck/diesel service center have been excellent to work with. They truly take care of their customers. I love my Platinum f350 diesel and I only take it there because I know that I will be taken care of. I was also very impressed to get a rental car and a shuttle to keep me going while my truck was in for updates and warranty work. Top notch! A++ for this place. Glad I own a Ford and this is my local dealer. Thank you!

I used the on line scheduling for the first time and it went smoothly from the phone reminder the day before to pulling in the garage and provided and accurate and reasonable waiting time. Jim was very pleasant and informative. I always like my experience with Koch 33 service department.

We have continued to bring our RV to Kock for inspections and repairs for the last few years because they do excellent work and we are very confident about what they do.

Walt did an excellent job of explaining how the process works. He gave me regular updates that made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in his service. Overall I was very impressed by Walt and his professionalism and dedication to his work.

Great experience I would recommend to everyone. I recently used Koch's Mobile service for my 2018 Cadillac Escalade. Oil change and new tires put on without any issues and they did a great job. Very convenient to use the mobile service and will do it again!

The ford dealer all the others should strive to be like. From making the appointment with Coleen, Dario sending the text message about the personal customer portal, after service started and being able to check the status of my appointment, the post video update regarding the service from Brandon, Dylan assisting with collection of my vehicle and Jill with closing my visit out. Justin has a great team taking care of things! The precision and appreciation of your vehicle and customer care is outstanding! If you are in need of any service for your ford, this dealer is no question the place to go. I am more the happy with the service performed, from all aspects.

My car needed to be repaired so I called to make an appointment. I was disappointed that it would take three weeks to get my car looked at but on the day of the appointment I was kept informed step by step on what was being done to my vehicle. Work was completed on the same day in a timely manor and it cost less than what I was expecting!!! I was very happy with my experience with Koch 33 Ford!

Mobile service was great. Showed up on time got the job done. Mechanic was friendly and professional. I would recommend this service and will use it again in the future.

2022 Bronco has issue after issue. Service Manager Justin will do his best to help. Just speak with him. It’s important to remember the Staff are people too. I would recommend Rachel or Walt. They will try to go above and beyond for you. Service Advisor Jill is extra helpful and courteous
