Dr.Shear is an outstanding Periodontist. He is extremely cautious and because of this he does not rush to surgery.He does approach symptoms in steps. Always trying to aleviate the problems with his very large amount of medical knowledge , from many many years in practice. Besides his expertise, as a person, he is kind, caring, excellent listening skills and has a beautiful soul. A patient is in the best of hands with Dr. Shear. I might add his staff is also terrific Beverly the nurse by his side is top notch. The front desk with Ilka running it is flawless and she makes you comfortable from the minute yout meet her. So if this is your first time with this team just know you are with the best.

I can't say enough about Dr. Shear and his assistant. WONDERFUL! Accommodating, friendly, gentle and amazing are just a few of the words to describe them. Wonderful work done for a gum graft I had done. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
