So I had an appointment in five days with this dr ...Took me a couple of months to get it since I wasn’t a patient ....I was a new patient and apparently new patients don’t get Top priority for appointments... they took my insurance information and everything was good. I got a voicemail today telling me there were something wrong with my insurance so when I called back the office I was informed that they no longer take my insurance. My first question was when did this happen? My second response was why was I allowed to make an appointment??? The lady on the phone could not answer any of my questions. I asked for someone who could and she hung up on me. Extremely bad customer service I would not recommend this doctor to anyone
