Samuel Rossitto was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us with the planning of our estate and setting up a special needs trust. We received great service and learned things we would have never thought had to be done to prepare for a child with special needs when the unthinkable happens.

Samuel A. Rossitto is the BEST lawyer out there. Many lawyers refused to take on my case and Samuel A. Rossitto took on my case. He gave good sound legal advice. Samuel A. Rossitto, Esq. is now my permanent PA lawyer. Also gotta say Dessen, Moses and Rossito is the BEST legal firm out there they also worked on a will for me in the past. If you are looking for a world class legal team in Philadelphia area Dessen, Moses and Rossito is the BEST legal team out there! Trust me I worked with 3 other legal teams in Philadelphia and NONE compare to Dessen, Moses and Rossito!

Sam' authenticity, integrity, kindness, and caring is unparalleled in the legal profession. He is walking a higher path and brings that higher spiritual energy into all his relationships and everything he does. He's a gem of a human being. How many lawyers can you honestly say that about?

No water,no coffee, no secretary...owes 5$ change from consultation fee, seem like he didn't want the case.wouldnt consult with me and my mother, two separate consultation fees.and if you can't walk up steps, there's about 25 steps my 73 yr old mother had to climb!

If I could give this guy a negative 5 review, I would. I called this office regarding a question about filing in family court. The receptionist spoke in an unfriendly tone as if she hates her job, and after speaking with Samuel, I know why. I have prepaid legal services through my employer and was told that Samuel would call me back for a consultation. I told the receptionist that I prefer for him to call my cell phone after she was adamant on obtaining my home phone number. Well, 4:45pm comes and my Fiance called to tell me that Samuel just called the house and was rude to him. Samuel was told to call my cell phone number as I had already requested. He called my phone a couple minutes after calling my house and immediately says, "are you driving?" in a snappy tone. I informed him that I have hands-free bluetooth built into my vehicle and that I was in the car. He SNAPPED "well, I can't talk to you if you're driving, you're going to have to call back and make another appointment." I informed him that I was in a parking lot and that I was NOT driving. Not to mention, having been a police supervisor for years, I am well-versed in the driving laws and didn't need him talking to me as if I was his child. He seemed caught off guard that I was parked and that I could talk. And responded with an "oh, well how can I help you?" in his nasty tone. (He must have wanted to get home to continue living his obviously miserable life). I began to ask my question and he cut me off several times with questions that had no impact on the answer of the question. During his barrage of questions that were rudely interjected, he started his sentence with "well, US LAWYERS..." as if he was getting on his high horse. That did it for me. Us lawyers? Well, what this dude doesn't know is, I am very will versed in lawyers as I have testified for and consulted many lawyers in my police career. At that point, I let him know that it was way too early for him to be nasty since I hadn't even hired him yet, and that he won't be getting any business from me, and hung up. I have never dealt directly with an attorney with such a nasty disposition, and never will. I wish I would help this dude, (yes, dude, not man) get a penny of profit on my behalf. I should have known better than to go with someone I never heard of. I hope he had a hell of a day, because that cost him my business and I'm sure this post will cost him more. And by the way, I received the answer to my question in a much nicer way by someone else. Kick rocks, jerk!

UPDATED RESPONSE: He makes it sound like he was polite. LOL! That's comical. He was a jerk and I CHOSE to not be a client of his. Respect is owed to a dog. I'd never give my money to someone that is so unprofessional. Save yourselves. You've been warned.
