Found this little gem while doing laundry, and OMG the chicharron de cerdo and tostones are so delicious! Definitely my new favorite spot for authentic Spanish food

I love this place. As a Filipino, finding good roasted pork food that resembles our crispy pata and lechon around the area is difficult. My spanish husband found this spot and I was totally inlove right away. We make this as our comfort food spot because their food is amazing. Very good serving size and the ladies were super nice. We always ordered pernil here which is a super close version of a filipino crispy pata and lechon. It's my favourite and i will be looking forward more to alot of orders in the future. Price wise here is super affordable and serving is huge. ♥👏👏

I ordered the pork chicharron with rice and beans and I absolutely loved it. I moved to PA about 2 years ago from jersey and I missed eating this so so much. So happy I found this place and it’s only 5 minutes from my job.

I absolutely love the food here! Every single dish is so delicious. Hearty, mouth watering, savory, filling, amazing comfort food. I have dined in and done take out. The food is just as good in restaurant as it is to go and heated up at home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even if you don’t know what to order, they can talk you through it and you are guaranteed to be satisfied. I recently stopped in, without calling ahead and placed a larger order to feed a group that night. I was pleased to find that they were able to accommodate me even on such short notice! My only complaint is that I have to drive about 30 minutes to get food here. I wish they had more locations and I wish more people knew how fantastic this gem was ❤

I ordered catering from here for my birthday and it was delicious!!! Everybody loved the pernil (with chicharrón), arroz con gandules, relleno de papa, and pastelillos 💜 I know this place is Dominican but they make really really good and authentic Puerto Rican food too! Everybody at the party was going crazy. Will definitely repeat!

Our go-to place for pork and ox tail. The pork and beans are great, especially with the sauces. We love the ox tail and ribs. I tell everyone I know about Mama Juana's. Cheese empanada's are good too. Service is always genuine and very nice. When I worked near-by, I would eat here close to 2 times a week.

Picked up some takeout for work and omg the food was amazing. Didn't place the order so not 100% on what all was ordered but the fried plantains, cheese and beef empanadas and the pernil I believe were absolutely delicious. The staff was also very friendly and helped bring the food to my car as I couldn't carry all of it.

I stopped in when I was working I the area. I tried their lunch and it was awesome. The food itself was not only great but I got a lot of it with a huge portion. All that food at a fantastic price. The staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this for tour next meal……I know I will be back!

First time ordering here and the owner was kind and explained to me what everything was and was patient with my indecisions. I recommend the pork shoulder and chicken stew. I LOVED IT. I was worried eveything was going to be dry or not as good because they were closing soon but the food was flavourful and fresh!

I love this place! Stumbled across this gem, the food was freshly made, they let you try samples before you buy and they were so polite! Best part, they give you a ton of food for a reasonable price! Definitely recommend. Nice and clean.

Very good Spanish/Dominican food. The owner is very nice. I've eaten here many times and he is always friendly. The food is very good. It is pricey but it's a nice treat once in awhile.

I spent a semester in Puerto Rico, so I experienced traditional, homemade Puerto Rican food. When we found Mama Juana's about 2 years ago, I was so excited. We don't live nearby, so we don't get the as often as I'd like. I think they are closed on Sundays so that limits us. Yesterday when we stopped, the tostones we made to order, so they were perfectly crispy. We prefer them with just salt, not garlic, and they were so good. My kids devoured them on the ride home, so I wish that I had gotten 2 orders. The steak and carrots, which I got with rice and beans, was perfectly cooked which is saying something because I'm not a huge fan of beef, but I always like theirs. The maduros weren't sweet enough this time, so we didn't really enjoy them, but I'm not sure if things are messed up with suppliers right now. Oh, and the mango juice that they carry is the best.

Wow, great Spanish Latino food place, if you are looking to have a good homemade food, this is your spot. From the famous Dominican Tres golpes(Mangu, Salami, eggs, cheeses), to a great pernil, with 3 type of rice, beans and other types of meat. They also have great typical like mofongo, tostones, empanadas, modongo and more. The portion of the food if you select the big one that is only 2 dollars more you can make two meals of it, and the best thing is that it's delicious and fresh. The only bad thing is that is too small but I had a conversation with the owner and told me that he is going to open a bigger location next door.

I dream about their rellenos de papa when I can’t have them! They’re $2.50 and big and they give lots of meat, perfect quick lunch. They have different things from time to time like champurrado or desserts. I only wish it was close enough to my house (Philly) to bring food home. Love this place.
