This office is very nice and has two great women at the front window, yes the doctor's first language isn't English, Im guessing Russian... So yes the doctor has a more direct way of speaking to you but very understanding and helped me with my health issues. Thanks and God Bless 🙏

She has been my Doctor for a couple months now and I waited to write this review. The.docter Herself is a Kind person who seems to care a lot for her patients. She is very interested in giving you quality care and does not rush you. The office is also very kind and try to help you in anyway that they can. Phone calls are returned promptly. I love going to this Doctor and improud of her being my Doctor It there was more stars they would have gotten more. I hope she is my doctor for a long time.

Dr Meri Kryss has been my primary physician for many years. She is spot on with diagnosis, when ever I am sick and always gets me back on my feet ASAP. She and her staff are skilled professionals. I have seen people injustfully post negative reviews about waiting time and the doctor being rude. I haven’t heard a bad word from her, but I have seen patients act like brutes. Thank you doctor Kryss and your wonderful staff for everything.

I had to write a review, although I usually don’t. Got in right away for my yearly physical. All my other appointments were also pretty quick. Efficient staff. Answered all my questions remotely. Also I found out they are able to see patients on suboxone so pretty happy since my sister was having trouble finding some one in the area that she can see

Dr. Kryss is the best doctor I have ever met and had the privilege to be cared by. She is brilliant. I have come to trust her completely with my health.

AVOID THIS DOCTOR!! I waited 1hr in a half. I get into her office and tells me what are you here for? RESULTS! She continues to read the results to me…I then ask her if I should be concerned about my thyroid! She then replies She is not the Dr. For that! Then says I WASNT DONE TALKING! She’s NOT KIND VERY MEAN IN FACT RUDE! Dr. Kryss you should quiet your job. You see me only once a year! Just because you’ve been a Dr. For 40yrs does not give you the right to raise your voice to explain to your patients what they’re diagnose is if we don’t understand medical term! You don’t deserve to have those good workers in your practice. I’m happy I left. You won’t be juicing my insurance anymore!!!!

I called in at 9 am to get a referral to see a dermatologist. Staff refused to do that because I haven’t visited a while. So I asked them to make a sick appointment for me for today, Friday, but the earliest they could offer is on Monday. I got rash on my arms, I have kids around me, and I don’t know if this can be passed on to them. I needed to see a specialist ASAP, and all I was told, either come on Monday or go to emergency room. Staff was rude and not helpful. The attitude to patients is even worse than in Soviet hospitals. Oh, and I did not mention excessive wait time, when you come to this office. Last time that I visited, with 3 people ahead of me I was waiting for over 3 hours to be seen for 5 minutes, and not even having my issue resolved. Please save your nerves and stay away from this awful office!!!

I've never written a bad review about anyone my entire life, but this office is terrible. I have tried to contact this office for a week straight via both the internet and phone. Never got a response. I called earlier in the day to be greeted immediately by a voicemail in english. I called later in the day, rings once, and I'm greeted by a voicemail completely in Russian. So confused. I'm changing my doctor ASAP.
