Dr. Vale and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They are welcoming, attentive, and personable. Dr. Vale is not only one of the best around, but one of the best period. He knocked my surgery out of the park and am having fantastic results post surgery. It's nice to be able to see again! My experience with Acuity has been nothing short of 5 stars and would recommend Dr. Vale and his team to anyone looking for vision correction.

I found Acuity and Dr. Vale through several friends of mine who had Lasik through him. Because my eyes were very bad at a -10 contact prescription, I wound up having PRK surgery instead. I was nervous about it because of my own anxiety and because PRK has a longer recovery time, but I absolutely do not regret having the surgery and doing it with Dr. Vale. He and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I've felt assured at every step of the process and thanks to their guidance and recovery plan, I've had a smooth healing process. If I had any questions along the way, the office was receptive and Dr. Vale himself often got on the phone to address my concerns personally. I absolutely recommend this office for anyone considering laser eye surgery.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr.
Vale and his staff. I have worn contact lenses since 12 years old and only recently my eyes had become contact lens intolerant and glasses are not an option. Dr. Vale diagnosed an eyelid gland malfunction and rosacea on the initial visit. I always wondered what the white bumps were on my eyelids and why my face was always red, I just figured it was my Irish heritage. Surgery went perfectly and now I have 20/15
vision no halos or glares. I had a -6.50 prescription before. My eyelids look great and have a prescription topical ointment for my rosacea now. Dr. Vale is a walking encyclopedia and I learn something from him every time I see him. Highly recommend. Worth every penny.

Had PRK surgery about a month ago and still healing Dr. Vale was there for me 100% to answer my questions. So was the lovely and intelligent staff 🤍 one of them she specifically made sure I got my post surgery meds despite external set backs! If I could give 6 stars I would, because I'm healing pretty nicely.😄

dr. vale and his staff are very professional polite and courteous. i never knew how bad my vision was until i had lasik. i now have perfect vison and have no need for glasses or contacts anymore. I'm free!!!!

Had LASIK surgery 4 years ago. My vision is stellar and my eyes are healthy. Best investment I have ever made, improved my quality of life. Dr. Vale gives the best eye exams, very thorough and not rushed. His staff is wonderful, the office is clean and there is ample parking. I highly recommend Acuity if you are looking for a meticulous eye surgeon.

I had prk surgery in May and it is one of the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Vale and the staff were great. I felt comfortable with my decision after everything was explained thoroughly. Had PRK done a few months ago and love it! Vision is 20/15 and still improving. I would recommend this procedure to anyone who is considering Lasik. Not worrying about an eye flap was critical to my decision. I could not be happier!!!

I can finally see without my glasses! Dr. Vale is very thorough and although he may seem very particular about things like lid cleaning, he does this because he wants the best response and improvement in vision for his patients. This includes making sure your tear ducts/ glands are working well. I was a bit nervous at first after my PRK procedure because by week 2 post-op my vision was still a bit blurry, with some more improvement by week 3. By week 4 I was finally seeing very clearly, about 98-99% I would rate and it continued to improve from there on. By 2 months my vision felt amazing and I could finally do what I always loved without glasses or contacts which was to go snorkeling in Greece! Very happy with my results! I now have 20/20 vision.

Dr Vale and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. I am over 5 months post op from my Epi-Lasik procedure(I have 20/15 in both eyes after having terrible distance vision) and I definitely recommend Dr Vale and his team. He was very informative on the important of overall eye Health and cleanliness. He stressed the need to keep eye cleans pre and post op through his cleaning and compress methods. He also spoke on the importance of vitamins post op, preferably through Whole Foods or quality supplementation. This is something several of my friends who went with other places were never told to do.

I will admit that the wait times were a little past appointment times every so often but it was never anything too extreme. Plus the level of care and authenticity I received was worth it.

I have worn glasses for the better part of most of my life. I had an astigmatism in both eyes. With the help of Dr. Vale and his staff, I feel like I have freedom. I now have 20/15 vision. After many years of contact and glasses wearing I decided to see Dr. Vale about Lasik surgery. He ended up recommending PRK surgery. He took the time to explain why PRK was a better fit for me, the difference between PRK and Lasik, and what to expect with the surgery. Dr. Vale and his staff are very professional, take the time to answer all questions and quell any concerns you may have. I am a year out from surgery and truly believe it was worth every penny. I had the Lasik procedure done at Acuity with Dr. Vale in January 2010. The procedure was quick, easy, and painless. The recovery was very easy for me. Overall my experience has been fantastic. Dr. Vale has been great.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Vale and his team. Before moving back to the Lehigh Valley I was able to do my post-op care with another affiliated eye dr, which was more convenient for me. I have begun following up with Dr. Vale again and everything was seamless. They corrected my astigmatism and my vision is now 20/15.

Had a great experience getting my laser surgery at Acuity. Dr. Vale and his staff are very professional and friendly. My vision is great now. Their prices are much lower than other lasik places. I highly recommend this practice. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

Had PRK surgery here in April 2018. I had a very high correction and astigmatism in both eyes. My outcome was excellent and my vision is currently 20/15 six months after surgery. I had a minor post-surgery complication (extreme light sensitivity) and Dr. Vale answered my call on a Saturday morning, which was greatly appreciated. Dr. Vale and his team are amazing , from start to finish. I went in for the free consultation and his staff was very detailed and knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Scheduled my pre op to see what was the best route for surgery. I decided to go ahead with lasik surgery. On the day of surgery I was nervous but Dr Vale and his staff put me at ease and before you know the surgery went well . Went in the day after for post op appointment and my vision was better than 20/20 and I could not be any happier with my experience.
