Essex Manor Apartments

I would live here again in a heartbeat! I landed at Essex Manor in Narberth after moving 4 times in 4 years and loved it so much I wound up staying for over a decade. I moved out when I was ready to buy a house in the area and while excited to own a home, I was sad to leave this apartment building. The ownership, management and maintenance are outstanding. The occasional maintenance issue is addressed immediately and the building is kept in great shape at all times. The covered front porch is ideal for neighborly chats and the building is just a block from downtown and the train station. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Essex Manor enough. The building is charming, with a covered front porch and well-thought-out apartments...and property managers CPM group are incredibly responsive, and pleasant to engage with. Any request is handled immediately, and a lot of effort and care is put into the property. I lived in another Narberth apartment owned by CPM about a decade ago, and when I was looking to rent again recently it was a no-brainer. This building is also literally one block walking distance from Narberth while also having a big of privacy from the main street... Which is the perfect balance. Really happy here and highly recommend to all of my friends!

Essex Manor is a super quite building impeccably maintained. I lived here for one year and was impressed by how much the ownership and maintenance teams care about the tenants. Hard to imagine a more professionally operated building on the main line. Also, super close to downtown and the train, and never had a problem with parking close. I highly recommend this location for sure!

CPM Group LLC have been fantastic landlords. I lives in Essex Manor in Narberth for nearly two years. The building was clean and well-maintained. The price of rent was completely reasonable and worth every penny. The apartment was comfortable and the building was safe. The landlords were responsive to any concerns or repairs as well as keeping all the tenants informed of any improvements or work that was being done. This made for a great experience. I highly recommend them if you are looking for apartments in the area!

I did not live in Essex Manor, but I did rent another apartment in Narberth from CPM Group from 2012-2014. I have rented many apartments over the years and found Eli and his team at CPM to be above and beyond the best management company I have ever had. They are conscientious, responsive, and efficient. And best of all, they really care about their buildings and their tenants. I recently decided to relocate, which is the only reason I am not still renting from the CPM Group. I would absolutely recommend renting from CPM Group - and living in their beautiful Narberth apartments!

CPM took over Essex Manor apartments after I had already been living there for a couple years and I had concerns about what the new company would be like. Those concerns disappeared immediately. From lighting fixtures to windows, they began upgrading everything in the building without the work ever being intrusive. They are quick to respond to any questions and requests and genuinely good people to deal with. The location, a block from the train station, movie theater and great restaurants and bakeries, can't be topped. I ended up staying another decade and upgrading to a larger apartment in the building. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else in Narberth.

This is a great apartment building in an ideal location. City easily accessible by train. Building and grounds beautiful and well-maintained. Owner and property manager both professional and wonderful people. If ever I return to the enchanted land of Narberth, I would happily live here again.

My wife and I moved into these apartments a few months ago. We've had a fantastic experience: the prices are fair, the units are clean, quiet, and the management is great. I would highly recommend CPM to people looking for apartments in the area.

Essex Manor was a very nice place to live, very clean, well maintained, and quiet. My studio had a small kitchen separated off to one side that was perfect size, with good cabinet space, and with not too much but enough counter space for cooking. Two closets, with one a big walk-in, gave plenty of storage. I would see people in the hall, but never was there any noise from the apts on either side or above. Nice place.
