Services were no longer needed.

I do not recommend her services, she has not returned my paperwork nor the money she said she would refund me for not using her for a divorce. It has been over 90 days and I did send a certified letter requesting my paperwork. We had not signed a fee agreement.

I had a very unfortunate situation with my son, and his father hitting on him. she basically took my money and made me do any and all leg work. Come to find out we didn’t need to file anything. And she insisted that I don’t put her as representing me. STOLE 450 From me and when I said everything was resolved, without filings or representation needed, I asked for a refund. For NO SERVICES RENDERED..she said she did work for me - which all she did was TALK.. and she told me that she would ‘tip’ me 50.00 back...
I laid her ass to rest. Yes I agree with the others. She should be disbarred or beat tf up. Ppl don’t have money to play with.

Wow, I thought she would have quit law by now or been disbarred...couldn't agree more with the others...she's absolutely horrible...said she filed the paperwork, kept blaming the slow courts...but after 5 months I said this is ridiculous, so I called the prothonotary's office, and they said it was never filed (which caused another 6 month delay...she said I'm human, I make mistakes, but it seems like she makes mistakes all the time so she's either dishonest or incompetent) In court, she does nothing! She says nothing; doesn't make any valid points on your behalf, just worthless...I hired another attorney and he said who was your other attorney and I said Linda Walters and he said, well that's your problem right there...when I met her, I was like this is an attorney, she's a mess, but she said she's passionate about father's rights, so I was like ok...I regret not trusting my gut instinct...I guess the only salvation is to try to keep others from making the same mistake and hiring her...

Didn't do anything that I asked her to do. Gave me bullcrap info. Was difficult to get her on the phone. I ended up handling my own divorce in the end.
