Oaks Radiology

Had an MRI yesterday. The scan took over an hour. The staff made me feel comfortable and calm. I didn't have to wait at all. My appointment was at 10 and I went in at 10. I asked what my copay was going to be and was told nothing, my insurance covered it. The technician was constantly asking me if I was comfortable and ok. I have no complaints with this radiology center, would recommend, and will use again.

Finding heart and compassion in this crazy times we live is a challenge. The challenge is 10 folds when someone is in pain and need something ASAP. We all know the Monday full moon craziness that occurs as soon as we open those doors. A shoutout - Today @Bethany of Oaks Radiology went ABOVE & BEYOND what I was not expecting. From 1st picking up the phone call 8:05am, I felt The Smile thru the phone, The pleasantness of wanting to talk on the phone, 8:20 am, she got in IN. 1st I wasn’t expecting that and then she portrayed a sense of Calm, Peace, Patience, Courtesy, A smile, Professionalism, Compassion, VERY accommodating when I got there. @Jane thank YOU also for being professional, compassionate towards my uncomfortableness and allowing me patience while you did your task so efficiently and accommodating while repeating the portion that needed better visualization. You BOTH made my day and got me answers but more importantly I appreciated the service with a smile and wanting to be there and serve those who come before you. I owe you one. Keep shining 🥇🤩ladies. 🫶🏻

I heard about Oaks Radiology from my doctor and decided they were the best place to go, as they were the least expensive, even though my I have insurance. I went for a CT scan and they were just wonderful! I had to have another CT scan six months later and felt like I was part of their family. They remembered me! They explain things in an easy to follow manner and have me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I wish I could have all my tests done at Oaks Radiology!! They are the best!!

My family has used this facility multiple times for x-rays and ultrasounds and our experiences are always positive! The staff is always on time and very knowledgeable, you can tell they care about the patients. I recently had an x-ray there and was a little nervous, but the nurse doing my x-ray was very kind and eased my nerves. I would strongly recommend this facility!

Very friendly employees, very modern and clean facility. They actually answer the phone and you speak with a live person versus an automated system like what Pottstown uses. Oaks Radiology was able to get me scheduled the next day for an MRI after my initial call. Very pleased with the whole process.

Oaks radiology should be the bench mark for health care facility's. The staff was simply amazing. Caring, considerate, helpful, all the traits a business should have, especially in regards to your health. This team is on the ball, big time.

Without any doubt Oaks Radiology is the best clinical provider I have ever used. They are available, on time, courteous, knowledgeable and qualified. I highly recommend them.

This place hands down is the best! The staff are more than friendly and do everything in their power to accommodate you! Rachel is the best tech there she makes you feel more like a friend than a patient! I will never go anywhere else but here!!!!!

Had my MRI done a few days ago Setting up the MRI initially was painless the front desk were very respect and set up was quick and easy .. The lady who took my MRI was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable upon entering MRI
Also they gave me earplugs which is a plus Fantastic job at oaks radiology

These folks are the best. Quick appointment, cost is lower than the hospitals. Great service.

REVISED: I supposed they saw my review?? One of the Managers called me 20 minutes after I posted the original review and told me they would mail me the disc at no charge. Thanks to Cathy (Kathy?) at Oaks Radiology.

Had an MRI. It went fine. On time, no issues. I asked for the study on Disc which they promptly provided. When I got home, the Disc was blank. I called the next day and asked for a replacement and because their facility is 50 minutes away, I asked them to mail it to me. They told me there was a $20 fee for mailing. I objected as they made the mistake and gave me a bad disc, but they would not relent. I either had to pay the fee, or waste 2 hours going up there to get the disc.

I don't think I was being unreasonable asking them to make good on their mistake and wave the fee...I guess they don't think customer service is important.

Place is a joke! I was sent there as a referral by my chiropractor because he told me they were good and known to take High Mark insurance. Walked in with referral from chiropractor and wanted to schedule appointment. Said they could take me that day. I clearly asked the staff member, do you participate and take High Mark Blue Shield. I was told yes! They flat out lied to my face. Because I got a notice from my insurance company for $360.00 that they charged me for in X-Rays and that they were out of network. Currently appealing with insurance company. It’s one thing to be out of network and take your chances that some of the bill will be picked up by insurance. But being told that they are a participant with your insurance and in network when they are not is clear Theft by Deception. Liars, thieves and con artists. Do not go here! 👎 Chiropractor has even now stopped sending his referrals from the embarrassment. That speaks loud volumes. See you in court! 👋
