Las Frida's Mexican Food

The food is amazing. Hubby and I don't mind spending a bit for quality food. This place is $5-6 more expensive than your neighborhood Mexican spot. Well worth the price. Service is friendly and Agua frescas are delicious. It's a BYOB. We have done take out quite a few times. Travels well up to 20 minutes and still hot and well presented.

When we pulled into the parking lot we almost turned around because the place was empty. I am so glad we decided to stay and give them a try!!!
Moving from Texas to Philly suburbs has been hard on us and one thing that helps us get through it is good food, specially good Mexican food. This place was clean, bright, incredible customer service and the food was amazing! I’m obsessed with quesabirrias right now and ordered the birria tacos which come with quesadilla cheese, they were crispy and loaded with meat and cheese. All of the food came out quickly and was fresh and hot. I noticed that there were a lot of to go orders while we dined, not sure why the restaurant was so empty for a Sunday but this will become one of our go to places for Mexican! A must try!!! Oh they have three different toes of salsas, my favorite was their spicy one which is a brownish red color. It was Smokey and Spicy!

Mexican food. Best tres leches cake I had in a long time. Large group and we shared some options, the street tacos, birria tacos, tortas, and quesadilla were good. The beans tasted homemade. They had three salsas and my favorite one was the brownish color one, had a good smokey flavor, but all three were good. Definitely red to go back

Update: Feb 2024 - just brought my daughter here. She danced in her seat the entire time. She loves Mexican food and wants to come back. Adding video of our food.

1st time here. It's a beautiful restaurant. The painting on the tables is wonderful. They bring you chips and Salsa. I had the shrimp fajitas. It had 10 large shrimps, and it was wonderful. My husband had the philly steak burrito. He enjoyed it a lot and plans to order it again when we return. We split the flan for dessert. It was yummy.

I just ate here for lunch, I am in love! I had the chicken enchiladas verde and the Mexican street corn on the cob; The food was wonderful. There was complementary chips and salsa, it(and the verde sauce) was spicy, without overwhelming heat. The service was lovely, polite and friendly. I can’t wait to come back. I am so happy I chose Las Fridas for lunch.

The food is really amazing. We tried Birria, Chimichanga and street tacos and they tasted out of the world😍. The owner is very sweet and humble person and cater to many customization we requested.

This is a great little place. It has a strong Frida Kahlo theme, which I thought was nice. The food was quite good. Try the tamales and the tortas.

We ordered for Take-out and the food was good. Cute small restaurant, the decor is nice attention to detail. We had 2 tacos one shrimp and one beef and 2 burritos. The steak burrito was extremely good and my friend had a chicken burrito and he liked it. The portion was great thank god because we were going to a festival and the line for food took 2h. I was pretty stuffed for a good portion of the day.
I would recommend and next time ai go to Philly, i will make a stop there.

Incredible atmosphere for dine-in!

Everything we had was incredible! House salsa was on the mild side and had a more chipotle flavor. Drank the pineapple aqua fresca which was a very natural pineapple flavor. Got an individual supreme taco, Al pastor with great pineapple flavor. As the main meal I got the cilantro lime grilled salmon-the sauce was out of this world. It was also a beautifully cooked salmon filet and the sides of rice and beans complimented it very well. It also came with tortillas and a Mexican salad, which was very refreshing. My husband ate the Burrito Ahogado. It had such a nice buttery and bacon-y flavor which I found worked so well with the shrimp. Split the flan for dessert which was also great in my opinion. My new favorite place in this area for Mexican!!

Went into the Exton Square Mall food court today by chance and found a HiDDeN TreaSuRe... no wonder Taco Bell is outta business here, Frida's Mexican Grille is here now and they are on 🔥! Best Mexican food I've had in years! Fresh made, authentic, and deliciouso! Street Tacos a must and do not forget the churros for a sweet treat! Service was on point, accommodating and patient with my senior citizen client.

We decided to order take out from Frida’s on a Wednesday night. We got a burrito, the quesadilla birria and the torta cubana.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. The torta cubana was full of meat, my burrito was very tasty, and the quesadilla was to die for. The flavors were so authentic.
I am so happy we found this place.
The food was prepared and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend, can’t wait to come back to try more items.

This was so good!!! The smoothie drinks were AMAZING. I got the honeydew and it didn't disappoint! The carnitas tacos were so good and the service was fantastic.

BEST MEXICAN FOOD IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Recommended by a fellow friend who is a chef and it did not disappoint. Everything we had was full of flavor! Most places have meh salsa but Frida's has the best, most flavorful salsa and sauces. And the restaurant is one of the cleanest I've eaten in in a long time. Can't recommend it enough!

Food is always fresh and delicious, generous portions. Very clean. Have done takeout so far but plan to dine-in soon!

I don’t understand how there isn’t a line out the door for this incredible establishment! Tucked away on Ridge Pike in Royersford, Las Frida’s restaurant sits in a strip. The resturant is IMMACULATE. Their decor is GORGEOUS. Their staff is gracious and friendly AND THEIR FOOD….Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had! You HAVE TO GO not once but many times. Trust me, you’ll be going back!

Exceptional! I’ve ordered twice since we moved to the area and I was extremely happy both times! I ordered takeout and was surprised by the artful food and wonderful flavors! The shrimp tacos were my favorite! I highly recommend and cannot wait to eat inside next time, especially with how beautiful the food looked having takeout I can imagine that eating in would be even better. Happy to have found this gem! It’s also really beautiful inside the restaurant too!

Good size plate, fresh, and authentic. Lots of dishes to choose from. Clean and beautiful paintings and tribute to Frida .

They have horchata! I havnt had that since we lived in CA 10 years ago. Also great food, friendly staff, quick service and pretty murals on the walls.
