Absolutely amazing tree farm with tons of perfectly grown Christmas trees. Large selection of precut and out in the field trees. Very few other “farms” or vendors now have trees at all, so good luck finding them elsewhere. We met families as far away as Bucks county on our tractor ride.

Food trucks served free hot chocolate and great food (Ice cream, BBQ and snack trucks). Christmas music was playing while the genuine staff took great care of us.

If you wrote a bad review of this place, you are definitely a “Scrooge”!

Arader Farm is a wonderful family business who are continuing the Christmas experience at the previous Varner farm! They are doing the absolute best with what they were given and I look forward to seeing what creative changes they make in the future! Oh and they are still doing free hot chocolate ☕🎄

First time here but will not be my last. Every single person I spoke with was above and beyond to give a great experience. As soon as we got out on the field it started pouring. This is a cut your own tree farm, which we love and what is also hard to find these days, Clay was the employee out in the field. He came to check on us with his 4
wheeler and took the tree so we didn't have to lug it. He told me that the top of the tree was broken just in case we were not aware and world help us look for another if we were not satisfied. Of course i told h
im we eruption figure it out but really appreciate him letting us know. When
we got it to the front tthey were also areally nice. Carried the tree to the car and tied it down. We dove almost an hour to get there and the guy that tied it down can't remember his name) said he would make sure it was secure, and it was. Wewillbe there next year!

We had a wonderful experience here after checking out — and leaving — a nearby competitor farm with diseased trees. Arader has huge field of beautiful, healthy, tall trees (no problem finding an 9’) and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. Price is steep ($15-16/ft) and the Xmas shoppe is still small but I imagine it will grow. We will be back!

We visited Arader’s today and I can tell it’ll be an awesome place for us to stop back and hang out this fall. Beautiful property plus nice little Halloween and Christmas shops! We can’t recommend enough!

This was our first visit with the new owners and have nothing but great things to say. We did have a great time with the former owners as well but there was something different that I think only comes with new owners in this situation. We were greeted as soon we we walked through the entrance with a feeling of actual happiness to be running this farm and a truly thankful feeling that we were there it was very nice. The guy who drove the tractor to take you out to cut was in a great mood was making jokes it was great. Finally the nice woman who took care of tagging and measuring our tree was so nice! It was everything I remembered of the farm itself and the same great experience getting a great tree but with a new infectious feeling of happiness by the people working it. Will 100% be back and will be looking for what other holidays we can get there for.

We decided to give Arader Tree Farm a second chance this year and what a difference from last year. The pre-cut trees are better, you can take pictures with live reindeer, the trains are back with a new display case, gift shop looks great, petting zoo has the cutest baby goats and this weekend they have a food truck! The pre-cut tree prices are higher compared to Varner prices but you can see the Arader family worked hard to get things right to provide a fun Christmas experience. We had a great time and plan to continue our tradition of coming here for years to come!

Wonderful experience on Saturday! Large selection, really fresh cut trees, very friendly and willing to help folks. Didn't mind paying $16/ft for my Douglas Fir considering time to Christmas and getting a fresh one while supporting a farm family. Sweet shop with ornaments and wreaths and homemade honey, cider and jellies.

Is it what it used to be (like the old owners)? No. Of course no one likes change, but it is what it is. Luckily these new owners are keeping the tradition of this particular farm. I remember prices always being that "sticker price" at least at the precut ones (*eyes wide open after seeing the tag*).

They definitely had a great selection of trees. Not sure why people claim to be a bad selection of trees. Great choices at the precut and you have the ability to do some searching of your own in the farm. The service is phenomenal as we had a lad come up to us immediately and assist with picking the right tree (hence higher price tag!). Overall super happy and will definitely return next year.

Have been going there for years and I can say the new owners have not missed a beat. Plenty of varieties to choose from and lots of trees in stock, reasonably priced, although taller Frasers will set you back but that's a one-off as Ryan, who was very friendly and helpful, explained to me. I didn't cut my own but he said there are still plenty left to choose from.

I will give it the benefit of the doubt. I have been going since the mid-90s but moved out of the area several years ago. I made a weekend trip to Philadelphia and stopped at the farm. A lot of it looks like it used to, but I am concerned that the prices seem sky high now. I also noticed the hot chocolate and apple cider stand is gone. I hope the Arader family keeps the traditions alive.

So grateful to see the Varner’s tradition live on! There were so many familiar faces, which says a lot about the new management, and trees were beautiful this year as well. One of our favorite family traditions!

Hayride and pumpkin patch are great. Kids loved being able to pick out they're own pumpkins in the field.

I am spending the day here today at Arader Tree Farm and it is hopping - lots of trees - go for a tractor ride and cut your own or select from the hundreds of cut trees. Just a wonderful place to get in the holiday spirit and get beautiful wreath, a Christmas ornament or decoration, and have a hot chocolate while shopping 🌲🎄🌲🎄
