I really do appreciate a family owned business. The son quickly unlocked our door. He also fixed another door in a matter of seconds that had been giving us problems for years. He was so quick if you blinked you would’ve missed it. I’m so appreciative of their service and highly recommend them for hardware and locksmith services. I wouldn’t bother with anyone else.

I was having an issue with my programmable keypad at my residence, Wilson's was able to come out that afternoon. Charles spoke with me over the phone to understand exactly what I needed, when they arrived the work was performed quickly and diligently. Extremely satisfied.

I know they handle major projects for very large businesses but still paid attention to my issue. To top it off they were extremely affordable. Not often you find a business like this one. Wilson's Hardware store is a great place to shop, usually has what you're looking for without having to leave town and go to the big box home improvement centers in Hatfield or Montgomeryville. Helpful, friendly staff, and a good selection. Sorry to see that they are closing the store after so many years, but, good luck on your retirement. Thanks!

Charles really be that dude. I had a door in my new property that the previous owner locked with a deadbolt and misplaced the key. He had the door open and new locks installed within 90 minutes. Beautiful work!

Wilson's is awesome. We have keys made there for where I work and they always get for us whatever else we may need. Always friendly and helpful, and no masks are needed, I always love that.
