Next Step Foot and Ankle LLC: Albert Giagnacova, DPM

Had what I thought was a simple ankle sprain, after visiting Dr. G he suspected a fracture. After a round of X-Rays (done externally at Lankenau Medical Center), turned out to be a bone bruise. Dr. G provided me with an ankle brace (I already had crutches) that allowed me to put more weight on my injured foot, enabling me to stand for longer periods of time and be more functional while it healed. He answered all my questions, and after followup X-Rays confirmed the bone bruise was healing, wrote me a prescription for physical therapy. Given the circumstances I couldn't have asked for better, highly recommended!

One thing I would take half a star off for if I could was the initial communication. The website allows you to "request" an appointment, stating you'll be contacted shortly after to confirm the appointment time/details. That confirmation didn't occur until the day before the appointment (I scheduled over a week out), and when I tried calling the number on the site it turned out the voicemail was full. I was already calling alternate podiatrists under the assumption that my request was never received and I had no way to contact Dr. G.

Went to see Dr. G for the first time today and he was amazing. I really dug the relaxed atmosphere of his office and appreciated how he was incredibly knowledgeable but was down to earth in explaining the diagnosis and treatment. Dr. G removed the corns and callouses off my toes deftly and painlessly — it’s like getting new toes!

Also, having his own parking lot was a bonus.

Dr. Giagnacova is very pleasant and patient. He really has the best interests of his patients at heart. HE IS ALSO experienced. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR Giagnacova TO EVERYONE.

I went to Dr. G for a checkup on my ankle that has been hurting for a while, he was very nice and was able to help me with my problem. I would recommend him

Doc and I had a nice discussion about the old country. Less than ten minutes later I was going back out the door cured.

I think Dr. G. is a very good Dr. I been going to him for about 10 years. He's excellent.

Dr. Giagnacova was quick and that’s exactly what I needed! He was great.

Great foot doctor any issues he can fix I have flat feet and he takes all my pain away always available and great customer service I will forever be a patient.
