Very friendly staff, and Doctor. I did not wait at all to be seen and I was treated very well. The doctor listened to my concerns and the woman who helped me pick glasses helped me stay within my budget. Great experience, and would highly recommend it!

I have a complicated light sensitivity problem with migraines. Dr. Bordeaux and the entire staff was and continues to be such help to me. Just really nice people. This is the only eye doctor that I and my family will go to.

On set today shooting an online marketing video for Family Vision. It's literally the most advanced vision center I have ever been to. Very friendly staff...making the shoot so much fun.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, I got my glasses in less than a week. They really know their stuff 😁👍👍

My experience here was good. The doctor has some fancy camera to look inside your eye instead of having to dialate. He was also very thorough while at the same time being pretty quick.

We enjoyed our visit here! Dr. Heather Bourdeau was great with my busy child.

Front desk was giving bad attitude getting worse when you didn't get the glasses from them

I went here solely because i live and work in the area and its location is very convenient. The optometrist and the office staff are were professional, however, there was one sales lady who was EXTREMELY rude. I just wanted to look at some glasses (I didn't need one, I already had an older pair, I just wanted to look at the option and their cost), but this lady straight up called me CHEAP for not buying any from this store and she was really pushing hard for a sale that made me very uncomfortable. This incident has made me weary of the entire business and will not be going there anymore.

The Doctor is nice and will work with you but the two blonde girls at the front desk are especially rude, will give you attitude and are not very welcoming.

Dr. Suscavage is awesome. However, staffs in the glass store are super mean and rude. Last experience was the saleswoman promised my wife that she will make sure to adjust her frame. She didn't and when we reminded her, she denied. She called another woman then both were started behaving rudely. We are not going back.

The staff themselves are very helpful. Run far away from this doctor. He got the prescription wrong and then proceeded to have the most arrogant, pompous attitude when we tried to get it fixed. And pretended that it was the glasses which we got else where and not the prescription. We live nearby and there are much better places around who do a much better job. And drs who actually know how to treat patients. Drive the slight extra distance and steer clear of this place!

Staff are so rude! I thought the doctor was great but the front desk is a terrible representation of him. They provide inaccurate information, are short tempered, and extremely inconsiderate of patients time (and money). I'm disgusted. The blonde with mid-length/short hair needs a customer service training session asap.

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! The people there are rude, mean, and they help you as if they are doing for free! It's basically the worst vision place ever in PA.
