J S Jenks School

Been there since 5th grade. I had a lot of satisfying and special memories there.
My favorite teacher was my Social Studies teacher, Mr. Hoffman. Unfortunately, I moved to another State, which is Ohio. I'm in a middle school right now. White Oak Middle School is now my school. No uniforms, phones are allowed, not anymore, and a lot of hard work. Don't worry about me, my grades are fine...perfectly fine. I don't think I remember the principles name. She was kinda nice. I think I was the tallest one in the class. I'm the tallest teen in my class right now.

Anyway, I kinda miss that school. Not gonna cry about, cause i'm bout to be a man now.

Really love this school! Academics are by far better than most public schools in Philadelphia. Not crazy about the uniform policy, but that's a Philadelphia Public School directive. Especially, like the contact with teachers concerning children's in class behavior and class participation. I requested and received daily emails from key instructors about my children. They do have a strict homework policy; and there can be a lot. Parental participation is encouraged and welcomed!

I am currently in my last and 6th year at Jenks. I've had an amazing time over the past years. In second grade, I transferred over from another school not to far from Jenks, but by time I was in 4th grade, I knew this was the right school for me. I give this school a 5 star rating and would recommend any children to come here.

really cool little playground at this school that is open to the public except during the lunch hour from 1130a to 145pm. nice staff on the phone.

The principal at the school is intent on giving the students here the best.
