Zimmerman's Roofing

Gene provided thorough information about the products Zimmerman's Roofing recommends for my roofing project. He explained the various features of each shingle level and the process that will be used to replace my roof. All of this allowed for an informed decision on my part.

He is courteous and answered my questions with no hesitation. Gene strives to make sure the customer in comfortable moving forward with the home improvement project.

Technician Kevin Banks arrived punctually to my home and went into my attic to inspect my roof for defects. He carefully assessed the situation, showed me photos, and patiently explained the status of my roof and what options were available. He was very professional and there was no pressure to agree to any work. A very positive experience. If and when my roof needs work, I will not hesitate to hire him to do the work.

Cody did a thorough check. He identified the probable source of a leak and priced out the repair, acknowledging that a prior roofer might not see the repair as their responsibility. In addition he did see a future concern and called in to have that prospective issue reviewed as per my request. I did not feel pressured in any way and I understood his comments.

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was able to assess our situation and provide us a level of comfort that was greatly appreciated as we navigated through our options. He covered everything and his integrity was obvious as he helped us understand our options.

Paul Wagner is amazing. He definitely represents Zimmerman's Roofing well. His customer service is phenomenal. Not only did he thoroughly inspect our slate roof, he suggested some things we could do as preventative measures. We're happy he'll be back out to make the repairs!!

Cody Benjamin found the roof leak I had noticed and also, at my request, did a thorough examination of my existing roof. Using pictures and in terms I could understand, he explained the additional problems occurring in this aging roof. His findings and recommendations were crystal clear which helped me make decisions about how to proceed.

I can't say enough about this company. They respond to my emails within 12 hours, and if an appointment is needed, one is made within 3 days. They provide updates for arrival as well as photos of the person who will be coming. I'm treated with respect and given all the information needed.
Paul Wagner is not only professional, but warm and compassionate . His has done everything possible to make my roof repairs manageable and attainable in regards to my financial situation.
