The Melting Pot

My daughter just recently left an amazing review about our night at the Melting Pot and I had to come on here and give another great one! We came here again for brunch for the first time and it had to have been the been the best service and food we’ve ever had!!! John once again made our experience 10x better. 2 times in a row of having amazing food recommended and great humor!! We have never had a server anywhere else that was this funny, attentive and great at their job. HUGE shoutout once again for making our day amazing!!

What a great night! My wife and I celebrated a job promotion on Monday night and let me tell you, this was easily one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time!

The food was top notch! We had so much fun with the table top grill! The drinks were amazing- especially this cotton candy martini that I had gotten and of course the classing yin and yang martini. The interactive cooking was so different and such a unique experience.

The real star of our night was our server, Jaime. He had mentioned that he hasn't worked there long, but he seemed more like a seasoned pro. He was really one of the best servers we have ever had. We both work in the hospitality industry and we were so impressed. He was so friendly and helpful. He gave perfect recommendations and explained everything to a T. He really made our night special.

We look forward to returning and asking for Jaime again!

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and it was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Our table was ready before we even arrived for our reservation. Our server John was the absolute best and gave us an absolute wonderful experience. Ask for John when you go !!

Wonderful!! We have never been to the Melting Pot, decided to experience it, and had a wonderful time! Our wonderful fondue guide (server), Jess, was awesome! She was super patient with our ignorance, was really friendly, fun and enjoyable. Really appreciate her helping us have an awesome experience! Came here with my mom yesterday to continue her week long birthday celebration and it was amazing!! John was absolutely one of the best (if not the best) server that we’ve had out of all the restaurants we visited this week! Their vibe, the service, the recommendations they gave and the overall experience was a solid 15/10! I have never seen my mom have such an amazing time at a restaurant and I can’t thank John enough for making her night special😊 We will definitely be requesting them every time we go now!!

Our recent visit to The Melting Pot in King of Prussia for our anniversary was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, Ashley and Eddie's attentiveness and friendliness made us feel welcome and excited for our fondue experience.

It's a testament to the deliciousness of each course that we both felt a pang of sadness as we finished each one, but the anticipation for the next course quickly took over. The Cesar salad, mojo cooking style, and fiesta cheese are our favorites! Eddie and Ashley’s recommendations were so fun and delicious to try. Do not forget dessert – the chocolate fondue is an absolute must-try! The decadent sweetness was the perfect ending to our evening.

Overall, The Melting Pot in King of Prussia provided a fantastic dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect for a fun and interactive dining experience. A special thanks to Ashley and Eddie for making our evening so enjoyable!

Hadn’t been to KOP melting pot in a long time. Their new location is way better. It’s huge and nice ambiance. The food was fantastic. Our server was incredible. And the dessert was delectable. Loved everything from start to finish.

I came for my 21st birthday celebration as well as my 4 year anniversary this month! I could not have had a more positive experience! The food was absolutely amazing and my waitress Erica was so kind and made us feel so special. Cards were given to me for both occasions and I have never been made to feel so special at a restaurant like this. I will only be coming here for my special moments in the future. Also my stepdad has a severe gluten allergy and they made sure he was extra safe and well cared for. The staff’s preparedness for this kind of situation was so calming and helpful. Thank you Melting Pot!! 🫶☺

2nd time here and had an early valentines double date. It was fantastic! The food delicious and Savanah our server was awesome.

This is a very nice place to go with friends and family. Being we were all vegetarians with 3 kids, we had enough items to order. Food was tasty enough that we didn’t have to manage 9 to 12 year old kids. They enjoyed and so did we. Their fiesta and spinach/artichoke fondue are a amazing. Their chocolate, dark chocolate and Banana fosters fondue was also amazing. Leave enough room to eat cuz you can’t stop eating. Highly recommend this place. The service and atmosphere was excellent.

So much fun! First at a place like this and loved every second of it. Cool vibe inside, no wait (we went on a Thursday night) and our waitress was amazing. So much food 🐷🐷🐷 Will definitely visit again next time we're in the area. ONLY COMPLAINT was that they don't have a table timer for the food - we had to pull out our phones instead of it being a complete experience in the moment.

Both my daughter and I loved dining here. It was our first time planning to visit again soon. The waitress surprised my daughter with a beautifully decorated desert. Thank you for making her birthday so special 💗

Great service! Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. We love the cheese fondue selection and the one our server suggested was the best!

The best dining experience I've had in I don't know when. Our first time visiting The Melting Pot & Kayla was so patient in explaining how each course worked and all of her recommendations were perfect. We couldn't have had a better anniversary dinner. I'll be sure to go easy on the cheese options next time so I'll have more room for my entree and dessert.

The melting pot is a wonderful experience for a family. We ordered the cheese and chocolate fondues and both were incredible. For the cheese, we ordered a Bacon and Brie and a plain cheddar. They provide you with a ton of dippers to dip in the cheese. We also ordered fries to dip in the cheeses which was delicious. We skipped the entree because we were full from the cheese appetizers and fries so we went to dessert. The chocolate was well melted and tasted wonderful. Amazing experience!

I visited the restaurant to celebrate my granddaughter’s 13th birthday. Service from all staff was excellent. Our waiter was naturally personable and hilarious. He created a fun atmosphere. He was very knowledgeable of the foods and shared what he loved from the menu with the mixture of sauces. YUMMY!!!! He showed us a mixture for the corn that was similar to the Mexican Street Corn. My husband tried to give our poor waiter a hard time but the waiter had good vibes. I definitely recommend this location for great service and food!!!!

We had the best experience, the waitress was super helpful as it was our first time. We enjoyed every bit of it, totally worth the money and we are definitely going again.

Jess at The Melting Pot was amazing! Her service was exceptional, and she made our fondue night so enjoyable. Jess was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided excellent recommendations. I highly recommend Jess as a server at The Melting Pot. 5 stars without a doubt!

Came here for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend and had a great experience. Their pre-fix is ~$95 a person.

It was a lovely 5 course meal with a candle lit dinner and rose petals. The staff was very kind and the experience was memorable. We really enjoyed the cheese and chocolate fondue. I’m particularly partial to the mac & cheese fondue.

I would recommend coming here for the cheese fondue and an appetizer.

The only negative is when the manager came around to make an announcement I couldn’t hear him because his words slurred or some other speech issue. My fault frankly for not asking him to repeat, but long story short I ended up double tipping. There was already tip included and I gave a large % tip on top to be giving for the season. This wasn’t helped by the fact I wasn’t given a paper bill, just told verbally.

So I ended up paying $400…

While I miss the original place they're still amazing as always! My wife and I went for her late birthday and they were very accommodating including my peanut and tree nut allergies. They have different options depending on how much you can eat. Enjoy!
