I needed information about getting a prescription refill and I did not have the number. I gave the young lady my date of birth and she immediately gave me my answer and also that I had another one that had be refilled. She was very polite and pleasant. It is a pleasure to do business with this pharmacy.

The store was much larger than the one nearest to me that closed. I found my eye med AREDS at a discount under another label. The associate that checked me out was very helpful and explained the points system to me to maximize my savings. Although I didn't visit the pharmacy on my last visit, previous visits have shown the pharmacists to be friendly and knowledgable.

The Rite-Aid store at Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 was clean as well as the bathroom. Neatly marked prices along with the main titles specifying the aisles that are numbered. Friendly and quick checkout.

The pharmacist at my local Riteaid (Robin) went above and beyond to assist me in applying a discount code to my order. Even though there was a line of people waiting to be helped, he calmly took the time to contact the company and resolve my issue. His calm approach towards all of the customers, despite the stress on him, assured me I was in good hands.

This rite Aid is clean, willing to assist you, with whatever will be of assistance to you they are Caring to each person they serve.

The terrific manager Michelle sets the tone for the store. Customer service, respect, positive attitude, involvement in every area to keep everything running smoothly, willingness to help in every way! She is a wonderful role model for all the staff and they each believe in kindness!

The employees are beyond helpful and personable-and not in a fake way. It’s nice to see some old time values … now if they could remove the self check outs and hire a few more people like the current employees that would be great. I’m sure they can spare the money.

I was having difficulty making a Western Union money transfer and the Rite Aid manager Michele was super helpful when I asked for her advice about how to get it straightened out. Western Union is a separate entity from Rite Aid but she was more helpful and professional than the WU employees I talked to on the phone! I'll definitely shop at this store more often.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this pharmacy. From the cashiers, pharmacists and store manager. I stopped at this rite aid because I felt like I may have been having a heart attack. I walked right to the blood pressure machine and checked my blood pressure. It was 190/138. I walked to the counter and asked for help. The store manager Michele and a couple of the pharmacists called 911. I was taken to the emergency room at holy redeemer. After spending some time at the hospital I was released. The following day I saw my primary care physician. I was prescribed blood pressure medication. When the doctor asked me what pharmacy I used I told her the rite aid on Huntingdon Pike. This is my first time on medication so I knew nothing about it and had some questions. Unlike other pharmacies I’ve been to in the past these pharmacists took the time to explain how it was to be taken, why it was to be taken the way it was prescribed and the side effects. The pharmacists at this rite aid make you feel comfortable. They do not rush you out of there, or make you feel stupid for asking the questions you need answers to. The entire staff at this rite aid are too notch people. They care. They may have saved my life.

Great store friendly and knowledgeable staff

I got a misprinted planner and the staff was very kind and replaced it for me. I hope the funky misprint gave them a good laugh on a gloomy Monday!

Very clean, spacious and the locations is great.
I can’t comment much about their customer service, but I’ve never had an issue, so st this point it’s all good.
Will go back again!
