Desirae was so kind and helpful. She made sure to give me a good deal and was extremely knowledgeable. There was a woman ahead of me and she asked a lot of good questions and if Desirae didn't have an answer, she did her best to find one. She was able to handle several customers while helping me set up my new phone. She is impressive! She is an Olympian of customer service! I'll continually come back to this store because she is there.

I recently had an appointment with Desirae and everything went so smoothly! I got a new phone and a new iPad. She definitely knew her way to get the most for my money. Very pleased on the above and beyond I felt like I received. Very much recommend them to anyone for their Verizon needs.

I’ve got to give props to Austin today. He was working hard, by himself, to get everyone taken care of. At one point , he had 4 phones he was switching over. He was very pleasant and professional while he took care of about 7 older ladies who had no clue how to deal with these new devices. Gotta give a shout out to Skyler too. He was so helpful in ordering our new phones and fixing my mom’s phone issue. Can’t say enough about the kids working there!!!

Skylar was very knowledgeable and really helped me out with my new iPhone 13. He gave me tips and walked through the new phone options with me. I haven’t had a new Iphone since the 6s. It’s nice to get personalized service at the smaller stores. Thanks Again.

Deserie was absolutely fantastic. All my business will now go to the Freeburg branch. So helpful and friendly and insured that we were aware of the best options for our needs. She was awesome at multitasking, was handling three customers at the same time and met all of our needs in the most efficient manner.

The young lady that waited on me was very nice, helpful and very sufficient. She was very busy, she was by herself at the store and people just kept coming in. She did not let this rattle her. She was very nice and polite to everyone that walked through the door, and took care of everyone promptly.

Very smart staff. I work in the IT field so I was Happy to see an employee no what he's talking about and understands what I'm talking about as well. I lost my sim card for my Verizon phone and the young man with the dark hair was very very helpful and even went out of his way to teach some of the older generation how to save and forward images. Store was empty so I recommend it over Belleville or Fairview store's.

This was the best experience I've had with Verizon and I've been with them since 2003. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I love that they took extra time to explain everything and answer my questions. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

Was very knowledgeable and quick to identify the problem with my phones charging problem. Recommend docking station for a fraction of the cost instead of me using my insurance and having to reboot a new phone. Thanks , your the heat!

My most recent visit to the Freeburg Verizon Russell Cellular store was my best visit to a cell phone store yet. Everything went smoothly. They were both friendly and knowledgeable.
