I loved my trip to Chestnut Hill Automotive. They did an oil change and took a look at a slow leak in one tire, quickly and at a very reasonable price. Best of all, I was able to call them up and come right in, no need to schedule days or weeks in advance. I will definitely use them again for my future automotive maintenance needs!

My car had started making some concerning noises so I wanted to quickly get it checked out. Dave was able to see me the very next day, turned out my breaks were teetering on the edge of completely being a safety hazard. There were able to order parts and change my breaks in less than two hours. They also diagnosed another problem that is not pressing but gave me tips on how to handle it until I'm able to get my car in another day. I'm very satisfied with their work and will be returning for any other issues with my car.

Been coming here for a few years now for inspections and certain repairs. They are friendly and very helpful. They explain to you the issue and educate you, and save you from wasting money on something if you don't need it.

I've been going to Dave for some years and never been disappointed. Full tune up done on 2014 buick lacrosse, my car wasn't loud however its silent now. I RECOMMEND this Auto shop due to the Honesty, the pride in their work and most of all pricing is very fair. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They are patient with concerns and they'll get you in and out. If you are looking for a new mechanic, one to replace, or even a 2nd opinion..THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

Very professional, quick service, and transparent about cost. Needed a new starter and a window replacement and Dave was very transparent about my options, the costs for labor and parts, and where I could source my own parts along with reliable brands. I’ll definitely be bringing my car to him in the future for any other repairs.

I had a great experience at CHA recently. My tire pressure light was on, so I gave them a call in the AM on short notice and they told me to come on in. They checked all my tires including the spare in the trunk. They unloaded and reloaded my stroller and I stayed in my car all the while, as they filled my tires and adjusted things. It did the trick and I was good to go. When it came time to pay, they told me not to worry about it although I insisted. It was very kind and efficient and much appreciated. We have used them before to get our cars inspected and were very happy with that too. Can’t recommend them enough.

Dave and his team are super knowledgeable about all things auto! I bring my 2010 Prius to them whenever anything goes wrong. Super fair pricing and really fast, reliable service. Really friendly, kind people, too 🙌

The price is fair and I am very happy and thankful with their fast services. I didn't notice my state inspection is expired until the repair man told me. I was glad he told me, otherwise I will be charged few hundred dollars fee if I get caught from the police. Thank you with their great professional services.

Best prices, fastest service. Yesterday, I came in for new brakes and in two hours the car was ready to go, along with some other needed services! This would have taken two days at a dealership and cost twice as much. Been coming here for years and always leave with my car running safe and great!

I had an excellent experience at this shop. In the current pandemic situation, most of shops would only accept early drop-off with no set pick-up time, which does not work for me. The owner of Chestnut Hill Automotive understood my need and was able to complete everything (oil change + inspections) within a very timely manner at a very reasonable price. There were no surprises and unlike most of other shops that would most definitely try to sell services such as tire rotation during maintenance, Mr. Cheung told me there was no need to do that right now. I'd highly recommend this shop.

Chestnut Hill Automotive is hands down the best mechanic in the area. Dave and his crew are always professional and fair, with super quick turnaround time to boot. Couldn’t recommend these guys more. They fix what needs to be fixed, they never try to up sell, and they get the job done right.

Came to chestnut hill auto last week for a concerning rattling noise- turned out to be just the heat shield. They provided an immediate fix free of charge because it was just drilling in one screw. I am extremely grateful - the dealership wanted me to wait a whole day so they could 'test drive' to figure out the issue, and were estimating a good chunk of labour time. Chestnut Hill auto had me in and out in no time. This was a minor issue but i can tell they are good people, reliable, and know their stuff based off not only my small personal interaction but from all the reviews i see! I will definitely come here for any future issues my car faces and have already recommended this place to my friends. Thanks for great service!

Normally, I don't think I'm in the right tax bracket to be doing business in chestnut hill but these guys were so down to earth and welcoming, I didn't feel out of place at all. Dave was great at helping me figure out why my brake light came on. He walked me through the problem and even put the car on the lift to explain what was going on before charging anything. They gave me a really good price and genuinely seemed to want the best for people. They treat people in a way that I thought was lost to the world. 5 out of 5, will go again.
