Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I had a great experience at the King of Prussia store. Stephanie helped me go through all of my options for the furniture I looked and was very friendly not just with me but also my young children. She showed them the ice cream bar and made our experience so much better, and easy. I will definitely be going back for my next purchase.

I have been a loyal Bob’s customer for years. Alex was great at helping me order everything! He went above and beyond to look up reviews and tell me which option would better suit me. Allah was helpful at giving me options to choose from the first time I went in which is why I came back to order!

We purchased a living room set from Gilbert at the King of Prussia store. Gil made it easy and painless. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable! We will definitely go back to him when we need to furnish other rooms.

We love Bobs! This is our third time buying a couch as well as other furniture of some kind from them and we have never had a complaint. The ease of applying for financing, to the knowledge of the staff has always been stellar!

Our experience at the King of Prussia Bob’s furniture store was exceptional! We were helped by Gil and he was a pleasure to work with, he answered all of our questions and dealt with any concerns we could’ve had! Store manager, Amanda, was also very kind and knowledgeable! Price was right and delivery from Bob’s is always great so we love this place!

First visit to this place shopping for sofas. Scott was the sales person helping us. We felt very at ease dealing with him and he seemed to to understand perfectly what we were looking for. It met all of my look-for standards in retail. Service, check. Pricing, check. Cleanliness, check. We were there for quite a while and I had to use their restroom. It was spotless. There will be more furniture purchases in our near future and Bob's will be our destination for that. Stay tuned for an edit to see if they can master the service end with timely delivery. By the way.....we chose Bob's over their competition right across Dekalb Pike from them.

Edit 1/15/22:
We originally bought 2 sofas. The first one was delivered on time and in great condition. The second sofa has turned out to be delayed. Not once. Not twice. But 3 times. We are being told now that it will be sometime after February making it 4 months delayed. Not sure if a competitor could have done better on ensuring a true and reasonable date for delivery. I will update this review again in the near future with the progress or the lack there of. I will be following this through and editing until such time as I'm either relaxing on our new sofa or shopping elsewhere having cancelled this existing late delivery.

Magdalena was very helpful and patient. Did not try to hard sell, very friendly and personable. The furniture was higher quality than I expected and the prices were great. Love the protection plan too. Will definitely be back when I redo my master bedroom.

We found exactly what we wanted easily and the process was painless. Mike was amazing! Super friendly and he helped us find what we needed and walked us through the delivery and coverage options without being pushy in the least. If we come back for more furniture, we hope to get him again!

We went to Bobs to purchase a new sectional. A sales representative named Tracy was incredibly helpful, professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the products that are sold at Bob’s. He guided us to exactly what we were searching for and was quick to help answer questions and sort through the details to have the item shipped to our home, I have always had such good experiences and luck shopping at Bob’s and I will always continue to shop there in the future. This was the fastest and easiest experience purchasing furniture. Lots of delivery dates available for the piece I purchased. Two separate associates helped me - Andrew and Stefanie. Both were great. Will update if there are any issues after delivery but so far it was a great experience.

Stefanie was a gem to work with. She was knowledgeable about all the products I asked about and walked me around for similar furnishings based on the ideas I described to her. The manger and the checkout staff were very friendly and well spoken. Paid attention to detail and help rearrange payment as needed based on my purchases.

We went to Bob's Furniture in King of Prussia to buy a sofa couch and chaise and stools for a kitchen island. Our sales rep was extremely patient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Bob's Furniture.

I was having some issues order online so I called customer service & a gentleman named Bruce not only helped me order my furniture but he set up delivery & even after getting disconnected several times he prompted to call me right back to finish up my order. Great customer service skills!

Randi the salesperson was exceptional. She spent the time to discuss my options and there were many. The King of Prussia store has so many beautiful items. Since my initial delivery I’ve ordered 3 more items and each time Randi offers exceptional service in placing the orders with a short delivery window. The quality is great and I had a lot of furniture (and rugs, lamps) to choose from. When it’s time to shop new bedroom furniture, Bob’s will be my first stop.

We have purchased mattresses, a sectional, corner chair, and two bed frames. All are great quality and are still in great condition. Bobs has always been a pleasant experience. Tracey is a wonderful salesman. Bobs is the only place we recommend and will continue to buy furniture from. Thank you for this wonderful location!
