Ashley's Signature Restaurant

Cannot wait to return! Came here to celebrate my birthday and so happy I did. The atmosphere is very laid relaxed for a nice meal. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything that came from the bar was killer. And service was extremely friendly. Cannot ask for anything else. We will definitely be retuning to work our way through all of the amazing options.

I’ve wanted to come here for almost 20 years and never remember to go! So glad we went and it was absolutely worth it. Food was delicious, great vibe inside and phenomenal service. Definitely coming back here again soon.

Ashley’s is everything you wish you had in every restaurant experience. If I could pick this place up and take it back to my home town I would. Amazing food, amazing staff, the cutest unsuspecting building with multiple zones for different dinning experiences…I could go on. But stop reading, go here- you’ll be so glad you did. 12/10 stars- well done!

Not only was the food and atmosphere excellent, our service may have been the best we’ve ever had. My husband is newly on a restricted diet for health reasons and not only did our server right down his needs to verify, she came back with a list of which dishes he could eat AND any modifications necessary so that he would be safe and enjoyable. As someone who has been gluten free for my own health reasons for several years, I can attest it was the best allergen-friendly experience I have ever had and the best first “dining out” experience for my husband, too. The food was exceptional, too.

You have made lifelong customers of us. We will be back!

This was the most amazing experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful and kind. The food is literally top tier. I ordered the short rib, and my boyfriend ordered the elk. It was the best! The atmosphere was beautiful and the owner was such a kind sweet woman. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for making our valentines dinner so perfect. ❤

Great place kind of off the beaten track in Easton. I love their menu, it changes with the season and I always look forward to see what Melinda is going to offer for the new season! Frank the bartender is top notch and friendly, makes top notch cocktails. The entire waitstaff is great and a pleasure to deal with and have been there for years! I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised! Try the "where the wild things are". Also make reservations!

As we made last minute reservations based solely on good reviews and food pictures we were a little thrown off to find it right off the street in easton, a house. We all looked at each other like, alright. Here we go! Don't run away, run to! Fantastic place. Atmosphere was cozy/intimate. And waitstaff was knowledgeable, kind and patient. Young girl who has worked there for a year and really knows her stuff. The have trivia nights and Mac and cheese nights etc. Sounds like plenty of opportunities to go back to me!

Dinner:

I had the best scallops of my life here this weekend. The Venus did not disappoint. The Venus is an espresso rubbed scallop dish with a cherry chutney and walnuts and I was absolutely blown away by the layers of flavor that danced so beautifully together. Scallops were cooked to perfection!

My son had the burger that was cooked perfectly and he had no complaints.

Prime rib was flavorful and the plate was left pretty clean when it was finished with it.

Mac and cheese, made in house was wonderfully creamy. Wanted there to be more of it.

The Chop was a big portion and stuffed with goat cheese and mushrooms that my husband who detests mushrooms devoured. The description didn't list mushrooms so he was a bit shocked when he realized, but loved it nonetheless.

The sides overall, mashed potatoes and greenbeans weren't exceptional, they were pretty average but the main courses more than made up for it.

Dessert:
A nice selection of choices, cheesecake was a big hit around the table, and the chocolate cake that my daughter got looked rich and delish.

I ordered creme brulee which was not listed on the menu. It was good. While the sugar was burnt, I didn't mind it after the amazing dinner I had.

Drinks:

Plenty to choose from and some really great drinks that change with the menu every couple of months. (The owner was present and let us know)

I had the strawberry field drink and it was good pretty standard. The second drink was a chocolate cranberry concoction that was a rich blend of chocolate and a sweet pop of cranberry that when combined was reminiscent of a chocolate covered cherry.

We will be going back again.

What a beautiful little spot in Easton! Beautifully decorated and great service. Food was also very good. We will definitely go back.

We had such a great celebration dinner at Ashley's. The food is amazing. I had the crab cakes and my bro had the short rib mac & cheese. We can't wait to go back again.

I had my daughter's sweet 16 here , Easter weekend. Melinda (owner) and her staff are amazing! They really catered to my daughter and her friends. We had a sit down dinner. The food was absolutely delicious! Not one person complained I had some of the kids order seconds that's how good the food was. The atmosphere is very calm and inviting. My husband actually made reservations for Mother's Day, that's how much we loved this restaurant. The second time around, and again they didn't disappoint!

We had a lovely experience. It was our first time dining with Ashley's Signature Restaurant. However, I am going to be thinking about that crab bisque all the time now...so, it won't be long before we're back! The drinks were delightful and perfectly crafted. That crab bisque was perfection. A little sweet, perfect creaminess, and just perfectly balanced flavors with a good portion of crab. The ahi tuna appetizer special was fresh and bright. I ordered the crab cakes for my meal and they so good! Absolutely no filler, just crab. Just wonderful. We finished with the croissant bread pudding and it was just over-the-top delicious. For real, unreal deliciousness. It comes with a rich caramel sauce, a scoop of cinnamon ice cream, and a bit of whipped cream.
Like I mentioned, we will be back very soon! Thank you for such a great dining experience!

Lovely eclectic atmosphere. Food was extremely good, great waitstaff and the owner came around checking to ensure everything was OK. Friendly bartender. This restaurant warrants repeat visits.

Great service, the food was top notch. I had the scallops were perfectly made and delicious. The escargot was unbelievably good. Good craft beer selection. Awesome quaint place.

I adore eclectic, calm and interesting vibes those establishments I choose to visit. The restaurants energy is relaxed and welcoming. We had the most enjoyable meal, service was great and the owner personally stopped by each table to see how everything was going. This will not be my last visit.

So my house is not that far from here so it became my favorite restaurant in Easton area! I love the food and drinks there, especially the brownie and ice-cream yummmmm. Linda( the owner) and her staff was attentive and friendly
. It has a small balcony with couple tables, food for group of friends. Also the space inside is quite small but cozy and warm, suitable for dating and chill . I always love to come here. Highly recommended!!!

The food here was of the upmost quality, a truly great experience! The service was great and I plan on returning once I'm back in the area! Definitely my favorite restaurant.

Staff was so helpful, getting me a reservation at the last minute. When I arrived they continued to be gracious and accommodating.
Had the crab cake and it was delicious; more crab than filler.. with a potato au gratin and broccoli side dish.
Whimsical dining room, just very inviting!!
My do ing companion had the chicken jerk tacos, very good... very fresh!
