I recently had an appointment with Dr. Andrew Cooper. I had a lot to tell Dr. Cooper because of my severe back pain. I also had a lot of questions about my arthritis, degenerative discs, etc. Dr. Cooper gave me the time to ask my questions and truly listen to me. He answered my questions and explained fully the procedures we discussed and agreed upon. I believe Dr. Cooper is a fine doctor but more importantly a fine person. He cares and want to o the best for his patients with the least minimal invasive procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper without any reservations.

I am a patient of Dr Vlach's. She suggested the tenet procedure for my left hip. I had been told for years that I had bursitis. The procedure went great and now 6 months later I am free from the pain! I highly recommend Dr Vlach and the tenet procedure!!

I first went to Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport in July. My experiences with every single individual there makes me feel as though I just won the Boston Marathon and am being carried on the shoulders of giants. Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, but more importantly, they take the time to get to know you as a person, relational medicine at its best.

Have had such a positive experience here. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and almost no wait time in exam rooms. K’Lynda Snarr was awesome. Sometimes I feel like medical professional speak down to people like they are so much better then us, but K’Lynda was kind, she listened, she was great. We love her nurse too. Had an injection by Dr Cooper and it went well. I would 10/10 recommend this office to everyone.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Walker. He spent time, offered insight, and was clearly experienced. Above all else, he was human. As a result, my anxious visit turned out to be informative and even enjoyable.

Dr. Cooper is wonderful. He is patient, sympathetic, and easy to talk to. I went to see him because I am dealing with a neurological condition that went undiagnosed by five other medical professionals (1 chiropractor, 2 physical therapists, 1 PA, and 1 orthopedic surgeon) . Dr. Cooper diagnosed me within minutes of seeing me with what I had suspected for 2 months while the five other medical professionals rejected my suspicions. I'm so grateful for Dr. Cooper. Also, they got me in for a consult within 2 days!

Dr cooper is the best. Helped me with my migraines for the past few years and significantly improved my life! Also has the best man bun 10/10 staff and care

Lindsay Venn is fabulous and friendly. My visit with her was educational and gave me real concepts to corrected a life long problem with eating incorrectly. I appreciate the time and consideration she gave to my care. I'm excited to implement her plan for me and feel as if my future health is on a great path finally with corrected education and consideration. Thank you kindly. The office staff us also friendly and helpful.

I have seen Lindsay Venn and would highly recommend her to anyone. What excellent care I have received from her. She is so very interested and caring as she guides you to a plan for optimum health. I see K’Lynda Snarr and Sara Vlach as well and highly recommend both of them. This is an office that cares about their patients health passionately. The front desk staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good about the entire practice. Grateful to all of them for their caring attitude and superior medical help.

Was very impressed with this medical office. Foyer was clean and tidy receptionists were friendly and professional. Dr Cooper was very cordial, friendly, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned about me and the medical issues I have. He took time to talk to me, he listened and answered my questions and concerns. I was very impressed with him and his genuine desire to help me. I would definitely recommend Dr Cooper.

Lindsay Venn has changed my life! Her knowledge and expertise about food and lifestyle has completely changed my overall health and well being. You can tell she has put in a lot of time to know her stuff inside and out. I recommend her to anyone!!

Dr Cooper is great he takes the time to listen gives feedback and is very intune with his patients and I felt very comfortable in his care nurses are kind as well all in all I would recommend to anyone who is needing relief

This wonderful group of Dr's has been able to rid me of the horrible headaches I have had since 1990. They are now working to help me with my very bad arthritic neck pains. I very highly reccomend East Idaho Spine, Dr.Vlack and her wonderful staff. They are very caring and don't just rush you through. You get all the time and attention you need. So thankful my Dr. sent me to them.

The staff at Eastern Idaho Spine is very friendly and professional. They do not treat the patient like “you’re the next irritation in their day” as most health care facilities do in this area. As the nutrition specialist, Dr. Lindsey Venn is focused on improving your health and quality of life. She is knowledgeable in the proper diet to suit you’re health situations. I look foreword to feeling better, more energy, and being considered an important part of their business. Here you won’t be patronized, marginalized, or chastised because of a mistake. They are a refreshing alternative to the “God Complex” most other Idaho health care practices have.

Dr. Cooper and his staff are amazing! They have amazing bedside manner and listen to their patients when deciding a treatment plan. I would not go anywhere else in Eastern Idaho!

I have Occipital Neuraligia and been seeing different Dr.s for it and nothing was working. I saw Dr. Cooper, not only was very thorough with x-rays, looking at previous imaging I had done, previous Dr notes etc. and took time to evaluate the best course of action. I haven’t had a headache in weeks. Less inflammation, and less pain in neck and shoulders, and upper back. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper. The staff was also amazing.

Dr. Cooper is an excellent choice in physicians. Here’s why: 1) He CAREFULLY reviews your case and RESEARCHES everything 2) He carefully listens intently and clarifies any questions 3) While communicating clearly he is open about his limitations and connections with other possibly better suited doctors 4) He has great bedside manner and lacks any display of a “God” complex (which, being a nurse myself find distinctly disdainful) 5) He knows his craft and doesn’t “practice medicine”

I have been to multiple doctors with very little success and have not been pleased with the lack of interest taken into my case. When I first visited with Dr. Vlach on my first visit and with Dr. Mangrum on subsequent visits, I had nothing but outstanding professionalism and courtesy by the office staff, and both Dr. Mangrum and Dr. Vlach were far superior to any other physicians that I had visited for my back issues. Dr. Vlach and Dr. Mangrum are very up to date in their field, always searching and providing the best solution with the least minimally evasive approach. They listen to the patient and not only had solutions, they had multiple options to help correct years and years of poorly diagnosed back problems by other physicians.

Dr. Mangrum has treated myself and my husband for back pain. With all of our experiences he has been so good to take the time to explain our diagnosis and educate us about treatment. Dr. Mangrum is very personable and approachable. One of my husbands visits revealed a rather serious medical problem non-related to his back, he quickly referred us to another physician and personally called me to see how my husband was doing. I love having non-surgical options and we are fortunte to have such skilled physicians in our area.

Having been to the Ortho in Jackson and receiving devastating news, I sought a second opinion with Dr. Vlach. After her diagnosis and subsequent physical therapy referral, I am happy to report that due to her highly ethical approach, I am pain free and recovering sooner than I ever expected. In a world of dr's that are 'cut happy', it is nice to know that there are actually HONEST people like Dr. Vlach who are more interested in wellness than $$. I cannot recommend this place enough!
