If you're ever in the area, stop by. You won't regret it. It feels like you're a part of their family. The food is delicious. The spicy shrimp tacos hit the spot. They went absolutely above and beyond for our family for no reason whatsoever. Their kindness and warmth welcomes you like a breath of fresh air. There's a fun arcade as well, especially if you're looking for a treat for a kiddo after visiting the local hospital.

We feel so fortunate to have found this gem.

We love Cherokee Tap Room! The owners are the nicest people and they have such a great selection of food and drinks. We held a brunch here the morning after our son’s wedding and everything was amazing! The restaurant was closed that day but they opened just for our private party. The sausage patties are made in house as were the danish. Everyone raved about how delicious and fresh all of the food was. Every time we are in Danville this is our first stop. They are always so welcoming and make us feel like family.

This place was POPPIN. There was a wait, so definitely call in advance to guarantee a seat. Due to being short staffed, the wait times were long. However, they were doing the best they could considering the amount of people in the restaurant. The best food items my group had were the pickle brined chicken sandwich, the Cuban, and the Korean BBQ chicken and chips. The Korean BBQ chicken and chips was a group favorite and I highly recommend it! The peanut sauce was SO good. Drinks were also fantastic. I would come here again even if it's just as busy!

Updated July 2022. New owners have taken this place to a whole new level! The home-made cakes are crazy good and the sisters that run the place are awesome! .... Kick back country atmosphere. Large selection of beer on tap. Friendly service. Food

Ordered a custom birthday cake, chocolate with peanut butter frosting. The cake was so good everyone was asking where I got it! There wasn't a crumb left at the end of the night. Next time I need a cake there is no doubt where I will go! Highly recommend Jenn at Cherokee. I heard great things and she delivered! Thank you Jenn!

Fun little spot! We had dinner with friends and had a great time. They have picnic tables outside for covered outdoor seating and the night we went they had live music. Good draft list and very reasonable pricing. We'll be back!

Incredible. Shrimp tacos are literally top 3 in my life and only $10. Plenty of great beers to choose from and service was awesome. Definitely will be back when in town. Had the pork bbq wood fired pizza as well and that was 5 stars. Overall just an awesome place.

Food, service and company is always great! Very welcoming and hospitable to people from outside the area. Definitely a place to stop!

I don’t know why there’s any negative reviews on this place, but then again, “hurt people hurt people” or whatever that saying is. Bluntly, I’m sorry your visit here wasn’t as amazing as mine & give it another shot, or even a fair chance. Typically if you are honest in person, most managers will make up for your bad experience & you wouldn’t have anything negative to say.

I’m visiting friends & family from out of state & I was absolutely blown away with Cherokee Tap Room as a whole.

I want to pick up this place, staff included, & place it in the state I reside. In fact, every state needs a Cherokee Tap Room.

Their seasonal selections on drinks are phenomenal! Alynn, the bar manager, makes all of the drink recipes & I’m honestly sad I wasn’t able to try “1 of everything”.

I don’t know how much more I can say about this place, but I absolutely will be back. It’s worth the visit!

Amazing place! We had a delicious meal (the smoked chicken was so moist and such a great smokey taste, and the fried potato salad was sooo good). My hubby's hamburger was one of the best he's ever had! Autumn was our server and she was so personable and helpful - she made our visit there so fun! We will definitely be back - and very likely become regulars!

This is the first time I went to Cherokee Tap Room after driving by almost daily for months. I was highly impressed with how delicious everything was. The food was hot and the service was EXCELLENT. The coffee Porter was different but good.
I would go back again and I would highly recommend it to others.

Great food, great brews, and excellent service! Fun for kids and adults alike. Imaginative modern American food offerings. Nearly 20 brews on tap and hundreds of bottles and cans.

Great Brunch service! Not too many places in the area offer a good drink breakfast combo. Will certainly will be visiting again. Shout out to Alyssa!

If you're looking for a spot with great food and unique sweets, Cherokee Tap Room is where it's at. Just make sure you pay homage to Sam on your way in/out. He is seated immediately to your left as you enter the 2nd set of doors.
Handicap accessible and parking available. Line dancing every other Wednesday with David Starr. The desserts change weekly, accept for mama's slammin' peanut butter pie. 5 stars and then some across the board for this hidden gem, just off Route 54 toward Elysburg. The chef (didn't get his name) makes a mean Breakfast Burger! Highly recommend it.

This place got themselves a customer for life! My lady and I will revisit often.

Love this local spot for brunch or dinner! Reservations recommended as it gets busy quickly. Great menu that changes fairly regularly. The bourbon smash is my favorite drink there. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is fantastic! When its warmer out they have free outdoor entertainment on their patio and you can't beat it for a night out.

A wonderful new Tap Room/restaurant in the Danville area. With a cool atmosphere inculding picnic table seating and a nice oak bar. They also had a fire pit off to the side for kids to make smores as well as some old school arcade games in front. The food was amazing with a eide variety of options and the service was friendly and attentive.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food is so good and I love that the menu changes regularly. The service is always good too. Best place to go!

They have a varied menu and everything I've tried has been great. I feel like the chef makes a big effort to bring variety and authenticity to the offerings.

Phenomenal beer offerings as well, it's probably my favorite place in the area, and it won't break the bank. Great outdoor space.
