Great customer service, they help you find whatever you need and are patient when it comes to trying on all different kinds of shoes, sneakers,slides and boots. I found the pair of Timberland's that I wanted like $25 cheaper than they were at other stores. Overall I was extremely satisfied and I can't wait to return to Snipes and do more shopping. They seem to always have racks of clothing on sale., everytime I go there they have clothing items on sale. I highly recommend Snipes for anything from shoes,gloves and winter hats,fitted hats, bookbags,socks,all different clothing for women,men and children and the same goes for shoes for women, men and children. Again I was extremely satisfied and I definitely recommend going to Snipes to shop. Name brand clothing ext. Thank you to the staff at Snipes . 👍😁👌

I just spoke to a young lady on the phone regarding doodly sweatpants she was SO NICE AND HELPFUL and I'm sorry I didn't get her name but KUDOS , SNIPES!

I give it a five star just for the employee Nya! The young lady was professional and polite. After spending half a hour waiting on two pair of sneakers for my child that haves autism and doesn’t do well with crowd dealing with two different employees that unfortunately didn’t put any effort in finding the shoes as I requested multiple times. She step up and maid it happened in less then five minutes finding the pair of shoes.

My son sweet talked me into bringing him to Snipes . Their sneakers are so affordable that I had to get him 2 pairs for 120$ for an awesome sale , and now run it back . Lol

Alexis was sooo amazing.Gave the best customer service and went above and beyond to meet my needs. She was so patient and was able to give me full attention while multi tasking and helping others as well. This is my new favorite shoe store ❤ All the employees were super friendly and attentive too.

Great customer service from Alexis and pretty much the main staff like Angela, Mike & I believe Matt. Nicole is a wonderful district manager very kind and curious, the store manager named Anthony, eEXTREMELY RUDE & UN-PROFESSIONAL!! I ask the guy for his name to ask him about some product/s and the guy doesn’t even want to tell me his name, he needs to go and work for McDonald’s terrible customer service!

They made sure they were able to accommodate my needs and wants. They treated me like a person not just a dollar sign. They were able to find the exact sneakers I came to get, which was the Jordan's Spike Lee addition.

I was there the other day and I was so amazed that customer service is still a thing in the world we live in today.... Alexis went above and beyond to make sure I found the sneaker I wanted in my size at another store 10 mins before closing. Not only did she have the other store put them on hold for me, she did it with a smile on her face and a pleasant attitude!!!

This snipes always has the newest and flyest kicks&gear. Costumer service is amazing with all employees. However Alexis stands out they definitely deserve a raise for being so kind and helpful.

It was kind of busy in here and they were short staffed but i still was helped by multiple people. The staff were all friendly and made the best out of the situation. I would come back to this location.

Great staff and customer service. They have all the latest drops and all the exclusive items you can think of. I've been coming here back when they were kicks.

Sometimes the workers can be crappy but I always buy my sneakers from any kicks store/website. There is always alot of new nike and north face, which I love! Big kids selection also.

Good store, I got some sneakers here, and the guys were very helpful. Products were reasonably priced.
