Tanya Ramirez - State Farm Insurance Agent

I transferred to Tanya from another State Farm Agent because she was local, and I wanted the option to go into an office to speak with someone about the changes in my policy. When I meet Tanya and her collgues they we're awasome! sometimes we need to be able to speak with a person face to face to get a understanding of somethings, not when you call a place you get oh I'm not sure let me look into that and give you a call back then you never receive a call back, thenm when you call back the person that answers the phone don't have clue of what your talking about, then your back on the merry go round. SO THANK YOU TANYA & HER STAFF FOR BEING THERE FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO JUST NEEDS A LITTLE MORE CLAIRFICATION AND UNDERSTANDING ESPECIALLY THESE DAYS WHEN EVERYTHING IN AMERICA IS GOING UP.

Jenny is amazing and was very helpful when switching insurance companies . She was able to provide endless information on which is the right coverage for me . She was also able to help me save money as a college student .
