William D Mohylsky: Allstate Insurance

Bill has been our agent for more than 30 years. He has always been accommodating and if not in the office, returns my phone calls or emails promptly. I can’t imagine having a more knowledgeable agent.

No one answers the phone when the Lehigh Valley office of William Mohylsky office number is called. I had called over a week ago to inform of my cancellation of service, and while someone did finally answer the phone, they got my information down, and nothing happened. I still get charged as if I’m still an all state customer. This is not appropriate. What’s worse is that when I try calling the offices to rectify the situation, no one answers. Overall a horrible experience and I would never recommend anyone use this office in the Lehigh Valley region for their all state service. BUYER BEWARE.
