When I got my car added to my existing policy someone spelled my first and last name wrong, City Wrong, Address and Street Name Wrong and David wanted me to just sign them?? Even after I told him that I am not signing documents with my personal info completely wrong he still insisted I sign them. He personally guaranteed me he would fix once I signed. Why couldn't they be fixed before I signed?? The first thing we are taught is to Never Ever sign documents/contracts when the info is incorrect. He must have missed that day in business school. The price was also more than double I got from Liberty Mutual. I am also cancelling my homeowners policy because of this malpractice. Would not recommend.
