Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Moscow

As you enter, the lobby area is very open and calming with a cool front desk area with a beautiful rotating light panel. The basic room with 2 queen beds was perfect for our needs. Sizable bathroom with ample counter/vanity space for your cosmetics, etc. Big screen T.V. with mini fridge and microwave. The beds were firm, but comfortable, affording a good night’s sleep! Their BREAKFAST BAR✨ is really their highlight!!! Amazingly selection of add-in’s to your oatmeal or yogurt! I opted for granola, pumpkin seeds and almond slices in mine. Nice selections of yogurts, cold cereals, juice, milks, bagels, English muffins, a variety of regular muffins, as well. They have wonderful (hot) egg and cheese omelettes, sausage, sausage sandwiches and hard boiled eggs, plus apples! I was very impressed with their breakfast. I just stayed at a Hyatt hotel in Boise, and the breakfast here is superior!

The pool was closed for renovations, unfortunately, and the sink wouldn't get me cold water, but otherwise this was a fantastic stay!!

Front desk was very nice and helpful! Especially Ray. One of the nicest front desk agents we've met! Rooms are clean, not the prettiest but clean! Breakfast staff was great and the food as well!

I am consistently amazed by this Fairfield Marriott’ excellent level of customer service! My family & I have been repeat guests of this Marriott location since 2019 and we have been bringing my service dog to stay with us since 2021. As the only high end hotel franchise in Moscow, Idaho, the lever of accommodation at the Fairfield Inn & Suites is simply unmatched. I want to especially thank Brody, Allison, and the young woman overseeing complementary breakfast during my most recent stay during the third weekend in December, 2023! Forget boutique hotels and Airbnb, this Marriott is THE home-ist place to spend your time in Moscow 😌

Great place to stay. The area doesn’t have a whole lot of nice hotels. And this one rates up there.
The staff are nice. The beds are comfortable. And anytime a client asks where to stay in Pullman or Moscow I suggest the Fairfield Inn and suites by Marriott.

We stayed Christmas eve and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and very welcoming, the decor was festive and fun. My son and I Loved the hot chocolate bar too! Adriana was so helpful and kind, a great representation of customer service. The best part of the stay was when we woke up on Christmas and they had put a stocking on our door filled with fun simple treats. We will definitely stay here again.

Such a great location in a very nice community. The rooms are clean, modern and the beds are fantastic.

The people working there are so friendly. In particular, Ray, one of the midnight staff, is one of the most friendliest people I have ever met. If you have the pleasure of seeing him, he will greet you with a bigsmile and accommodate your requests!

Very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and comfortable. My only problem was the water is very very soft and hard to feel like you got all the soap off. That is my only complaint. I definitely would stay again.

I was impressed with the modernity and cleanliness of my room, which featured all of the amenities I needed for my stay. Additionally, the staff - specifically, Luken - were incredibly helpful with all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and their friendly staff if you need a nice stay for your trip to Moscow or pullman.

Great stay! I talked to two different front desk agents and they were super helpful and kind. Room was clean and nice - had an issue with heat but still comfortable. Super close to University of Idaho. Breakfast was simple but good. Would come back.

Very nice staff. Great experience. The location is right behind a crumbl cookie. Lol my kids loved the pool. The breakfast was alright. There was like an oatmeal station, cereal station, bagels and cream cheese and some Jimmy Dean sandwiches. The only complaint I have are the toddlers in my room. Lol

We stayed here for a child’s sports event traveling from another state. Great hotel. Great service. Pool was clean and cold.

The best hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are large and clean. Wonderful water softener in the shower, lots of amenities and a lovely buffet breakfast including great coffee, fresh fruit, make-you-own waffles and yogurts...and more. The personnel are friendly and helpful. If you let them know that you have allergies, they will provide non-dairy or vegetarian choices. They even serve hot cocoa and fresh baked cookies in the evening.

Stayed here several times. Rooms are beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is amazing, they always go the extra mile for me and I don't even ask them to, they just do it. Friendly, quality service at a great hotel that is nearby all the other great things Moscow has to offer. Also, contractor rates. Big plus if you are a tradesman.

The Fairfield Inn is definitely the nicest hotel in Moscow -- we've always had a good experience staying there - great breakfast, and they allow us to bring our small dog along, which is very important to us. I'm writing this review, though, because the hotel was very flexible during all the uncertainty surrounding travel during COVID. They allowed us to change and even cancel reservations because university events changed and were cancelled. That policy was greatly appreciated -- they have earned our business in the future!

Excellent place to stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rental bikes available to guests are a nice touch. We were able to cruise around Moscow comfortably on. The bikes. Thanks for a great stay Fairfield staff.

Amazing service best stay I've ever had. Staff is polite,super friendly, and extremely accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and they make cookies everyday at 330pm. I would definetly recommend to every one. Also, the beds are super comfy.

I want to thank Rhonda (general manager) and Kim at the front desk who went above and beyond to help me. My wife was staying there with family however, I was not with them. My wifes birthday was during this trip and I called the hotel to ask for local flower or gift shops so I could send something to my for her birthday. Instead they made a small gift basket with Happy Birthay Balloon and had in the room for my wife. Even after instisting to pay for it they refused and did it on their expense. As a silver Elite member of Marriott myself I really appreciate this from the staff at this location.

Luxurious in every way. We were spontaneously upgraded to a suite, but the regular rooms are almost as nice. Free printing service in the lobby and rich furnishings everywhere. $3.50 bottle of water next to the bedside, so you might want to hide it if traveling with children. Incredible free breakfast with fancy water and snacks in the lobby. Directly North of the University of Idaho at Moscow campus. Pricey but faultless.
