Chris was also great to work with. My wife loves her new Venza, and we wouldn't hesitate to drive the hour and a half from the Spokane area to buy another vehicle in the future. The entire purchase experience from the moment we pulled in to showing my daughter the ins and outs of her car took less than 3 hours. And it was a long test drive! We have purchased a lot of cars over the years and it’s always took damn near all day for it to finish. Tommy Coffee made the buying experience fun and informative for my daughter. All the staff were incredibly friendly and knew we were in a hurry for the football game lol. This was my daughter’s first time getting to be in a contract (19 year old), they didn’t mind all the pics either!

The best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Our salesman Tommy was very knowledgeable and so easy to deal with. He was sure to walk us through every feature of our new camry before we left the lot. The sales Manger Shawn was so friendly and easy to work with and the service didn't stop there. The general manager cliff went over paperwork with us and assured us that we would be well taken care of by the service department if it was ever needed. The car was full of fuel and we get 2 years of complimentary oil changes and service as well. If your in the market for anew or used Toyota don't waste your time elsewhere. Tommy and Cliff were absolutely amazing! I loved the attentiveness and expertise on the vehicle that tommy was able to articulate, but it wasn't to the point where he was overwhelming me with information. It really helped me understand the ride i was buying. Cliff was also very professional and helpful throughout the process. Both Tommy and Cliff were very accommodating to my wife and 16 month old son, and they made the experience overall pleasant. It felt like i was speaking to some friends. Overall, Toyota of Pullman has a very welcoming environment along with a staff of people who genuinely care about you.

My experience with salesman Tommy Coffee was superb from start to finish to even post sale. I was an out of state buyer and couldn’t view the car or test drive it so the entire process was done remotely. Everything went smooth and communication via text and phone call was always speedy and productive. Had the car shipped to me (I had to set that up) and Tommy and team made sure it was picked up and loaded right. Tommy was a very honest and transparent salesman and I would feel comfortable working with him again. I also thought the price was just right and fair. I absolutely love the car and can’t stop taking my eyes off her. She’s also a blast to drive!!

Pullman of Toyota is a hidden gem. Cliff, John, and Chris were excellent to work with. John has an easy going manner, and answered my questions honestly. I did shop around, both in the area and out of it, and John was the most knowledgable and humble salesman I worked with. Any answers he did not know he researched and followed up with me about. Chris hustled to find me exactly what I wanted, and offered alternatives in case I wanted something different sooner. Salesman John and GM Cliff did a great job earning my business. I went in with a clear idea of what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. The team at Pullman Toyota respected purchase parameters and provided a low pressure sales environment. Despite shipping delays on a part due to Portland ice storm they worked to get my Rav4 hybrid as quickly as possible and were very communicative. We had the smoothest, simplest, best experience buying our vehicle from Toyota of Pullman. Our salesman Jared was quick to respond, kind, and incredibly helpful. Every other person we interacted with in the building was great, as well. It was 150% worth the trip from Spokane to Pullman to deal with them, and i would highly recommend them to anyone!

The people who work at Toyota are the best people out there. We got stranded with an overheating engine on the side of the road during a snow storm while driving to Moscow and luckily we were able to pull off into the dealership. We drive a Chevy so we weren't sure if they would be able to help us. The floor manager helped us out immensely; we were able to find the problem, given recommendations about coolants, and he even helped us refill our coolant after we bought some out at the Autozone (which he pointed us to). This was a quick fix until we were able to get into a Chevy dealership, but it helped us get home for the night! What could have been a bad situation was quickly and easily resolved thanks to their help (and kindness). Truly good people!

We had a great experience at Toyota of Pullman thanks to our awesome sales person Tommy Coffee. He had us test drive several different models which helped us make an informed decision on the vehicle that was right for our needs. He went to work finding us a beautiful Highlander Hybrid that we really love. He spent time showing us all the bells and whistles and we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

My husband and I have been looking for a larger SUV for ourselves for a while and came across one posted on Facebook marketplace by Jared Jorgenson at Toyota of Pullman. I instantly sent Jared a text to get things rolling. He got back to me right away and was very quick to answer my questions. He made the process very easy and we were able to do pretty much everything over the phone since my husband and I live 2 hours away.. He was patient and was very kind the entire process. When we arrived there, we test drove the car and decided to trade our car in and take the new one. When we traded in our old car, Jared helped us unload everything out of the car, and load it into the new one. We had our snow tires mounted on our old car and Jared went out of his way to make sure that we got them back 2 weeks later when we were able to come back up to Toyota. I was having a hard time registering my new car due to some title issues, and Jared was the middle person calling/talking to the front desk and directing me in the right direction to find out answers. He did not have to do that but he did. We ended up getting the situation figured out because of him and his persistence to fix the issue. I am so happy we chose to purchase from Toyota of Pullman because it was a more pleasant experience than the places we have been in the past. Jared is an excellent addition to the team there and in the future, I want to purchase more vehicles from him again. Thank you Jared for being awesome! 😀

I don't normally enjoy the new car buying experience and dread the thought of visiting a dealership. I believe this comes from living in the LC Valley. Well, not this time! When my partner's and my Toyota Yaris threw its transmission I thought we would be without a car for a long time. However thank goodness Cliff Smith saw our trouble. He worked with us to make something work. We now have a great 2016 Honda Tucson. It's the nicest car I've ever owned and I can't believe how much he made it work for us financially.
