After being a Nationwide customer for sixty years they were in the process of canceling my homeowners insurance. I reached out to George Dengers’s and within minutes Rachel called me. I explained my situation and she had me email her my coverage so she could quote me similar coverage and within hours I had insurance. I had a question the next day and she provided me with her phone number and was very helpful. Working with this office has alleviated much of my stress and I am grateful that they were willing to understand my situation and made the process easy.

I have a fair number of policies with George's agency, including homeowner, auto and other vehicles. We got transferred to George's agency when our prior agency went out of business and it's been a good experience. I emailed this agent late on a Friday night and received a reply and hours of operation for Saturday morning. I found the agent to be knowledgeable, and and she gave excellent service and follow up. I not only switched over with the cars but also added renter's insurance. The policies are excellent!
