As customers, we have a tendency to post bad reviews, that said it is super important to post the good experiences as well. Purchased our hot tub from Willow Park earlier this year, great experience with everything but as luck had it our unit had a leak. Mark and team timely took care of the issue, performed inspection and due diligence, and we had the hot tub replaced in about 6 weeks time. To be completely honest, I was very surprised how quickly they were able to get us a new hot tub given what I had read online from customers in other states. Mark and his crew were awesome. We were told about how it was a great experience using Willow Park so we decided to check them out. Well it was definitely worth the stop. The crew at Willow Park is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We used JMS Construction for the install, who was on the list and recommended by Mark. JMS Construction was amazing.

Purchased a round Lexington liner from Mark and his team in August of 2023. Great experience working with Mark. Fast forward to May of 2024... opening the pool early and had a little accident that punctured the floor of the brand new liner.Yikes! Needless to say, the liner needs to be replaced again. Contacted Mark explaining my dilemma, and he was able to order me the exact same liner and offered a generous discount due to my unfortunate situation. Would highly recommend doing business with Mark and the team at Willow Park Pools & Spas.

We went today to purchase a pool. Overall our experience this far has been wonderful. Mike was our service rep and he was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very realistic and upfront. I felt very confident making a purchase with their company today. He was never "pushy" in anyway and spoke with great confidence with every question we asked. He never acted like he was too busy to deal with us even though the place was very busy. With making such a big purchase for our household it was very nice to have someone take the time to deal with us so that we also felt confident in our decision. Now the fun begins as we patiently wait for our pool to arrive and start the install process.

At the recommendation of our installer, we went to this store rather than a local one. We were not disappointed. The store was well stocked and everyone there was pleasant . We spoke with Mark who was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to get us everything we needed quickly. It was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend this store and am very pleased with the service.

Willow Park Pools is a great company.
We have done business with them ever since they had their store on Willow Park road in Bethlehem township. We had a pool at that time. We just about lived across the street from them. We went to them every time we needed anything for our pool.
Now I have a hot tub that needs repair. The other day one of their technicians came to assess the problem and come up with a solution. He was the most courteous man.
I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Staff and service have always been top notch. They've never pressured me into buying something I don't need, and have nearly always completed service earlier than promised. I bought my hot tub from them 11 years ago, and they've been great with continuing support for anything I need for it. Their in store prices on chemicals are also very competitive. I've been very happy with them overall.

I have used willow park for my pool needs when I first got an intex for my children and now with my 12ft round above ground. I have 2 tears on my liner. Could have been an opportunity to make money but instead the gentleman showed me how to use the liner repair kit and saved me about 400 on a liner and 300 for installation. My family has been using Willow Park for over 30 years. I recently used them for a liner replacement and it was a wonderful experience. Solid local shop. They provide good service and advice when anytime I stop in for a pool related item or chemical. I used a pool contractor in 2020 to replace my pools liner and we're very happy with the result and service from them too. We appreciate the help!

Bought a hot tub from these guys about 7 months ago. Service was excellent, communication excellent. They told me a date and time and they arrived on that date and time. I needed a crane to lift the hot tub over my house on to my deck and they scheduled that as well. Great group of guys. Hassle and stress free. Thank You.

Great service. When we received an error message I became very worried when I called and discussed the problem the gentlemen at Willow Park were extremely professional and calmed me down. They came out and solved the problem. Now I can relax and enjoy my beautiful spa. Thank you everyone for coming out after hours to fix my spa.

Bought a hot tub here three years ago. Last week the circuit breaker kept tripping. I called Willow Park just before their closing time and the problem was quickly identified over the phone. The next day, when I got home from work, they had already replaced the pump (still under Warranty) on my hot tub and all was working great! I wish more companies could provide superb and timely service like that.

Willow park pools and spa are very helpful and makes time to answer questions. Ordering products are fast and easy. But they do have a huge selection in the store as well. They recommend outside contractors if you can't do the work yourself it is a full service operation and that is very much appreciated.
