I just want to say thank you to all the kind nurses and techs that took care of me. Sharon, Traci, Julia, Jenn, Lisa, and Linda. Thank you all so much for the great experience it was greatly appreciated. And thank you Dr Sauer for putting my ankle back together 🙂

I had surgery there last year for my shoulder and yesterday for my foot .everyone from the front desk to the the Doctors that did my surgery were awesome and friendly .thank you so much to everyone for taking great care of me .

My wife had an surgery schedule for 05/03/2022 around 1.00 PM with my doctor, they prepared her for the operating room and the moment before they ask her whether she have eaten something or not, she mentioned about her light breakfast, and they said they can’t do the surgery due to that, it might cause some complications. I took day off for this, we dropped our 2 month baby to care center and they just say no surgery for the day. If this is so important, they should have communicated this properly and booked this in early morning time slot, as she is on breastfeed for my 2 month baby and can’t stay hungry for longer duration.

I feel there is a lot of improvement required for communication part and care team should evaluate the case carefully also, every case required different attention. I know they are doing their level best, but yesterday mis communication cost me around $650, which is not good for anybody.

When you schedule someone for a procedure, especially at a time where gas is $5 a gallon , make sure you schedule your anesthesiologist for the same time and not 3 hours after the procedure is supposed to happen. We drove an hour to get to my procedure at 730, which is when we were told to arrive, only to have a nurse come out 20 min later to say they didn't have an anesthesiologist scheduled until 1030. We went out to go sleep in the car until then to get a phone call an hour and 20 minutes later saying there was an "emergency" that they had to cancel on me..... I've never seen ANYTHING like this..lack of coordination is UNACCEPTABLE, which is shocking considering network is "coordinated health"

Horrible experience, I called in advance the day before and asked if I needed an appointment the lady said no. I went today 7/27 and was told by this blonde heavyset woman that I'd have to wait three hours for a employee drug test and they still might not be able to take me in. I told her my drug test appointment expires tomorrow, she said oh well everyone is here for the same reason that there are three busses waiting full of people. Excuse me but that's why you should have it appointment based and if it's a school or whatever employee agency dedicate a day and time and broadcast on your website you can't take appointments for this allotted time. This poor old lady asked me what was going on after I explained claimed this us utterly ridiculous. Never again and I know many people after I tell them .y experience will be not going to tgis facility anymore and dropping Lehigh Valley healthcare altogether
