Brad and Tessa have been available to answer any questions, promptly replied to my telephone calls and were very fair in their billing. They exemplify efficiency, professionalism, treat their clients with respect and are kind and patient.
I am very pleased with the handling of my mother’s estate and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I was in need of legal services regarding some issues with my late dads estate. I was told by a local bank I needed to complete a long and complicated tax relief form to unfreeze my dad and moms joint checking account. After calling Russo Law offices to set up an appointment I was put in contact with Tessa who works for Brad Russo. She explained to me the bank was in error with their instructions to me were not needed. Tessa explained in a detailed manner how the bank was wrong and I did not have to go thru this long and cumbersome tax relief process. Tessa sent me an email and correct 2 page form I needed and explained how to complete. After corresponding with the bank they still would not agree with the explanation that would solve my problem very easily. After calling back Tessa for the third time she offered up to have a three way phone call to explain everything to the bank. After our call the bank then agreed that they were in error. I can’t thank Tessa enough for jumping in and solving this issue. Two emails and four phone calls with Tessa- that’s going the extra mile.
