Panera Bread

I work in emergency service and we had a series of challenging calls one day. I stopped at Panera to grab a salad and they ended up giving me enough food for my entire shift for free! The food was amazing and staff were so kind. They were a spark of joy and kindness in a very dark day.

Food: depends on what you get. For things that go bad easily like fruit , bakery or bread just don’t get it . Like other businesses main goal is profit without throwing food.

Employees: Sunday 9/24 lunch hour Am employee by name of Jalen extremely professional, good customer service, can fix problems with food orders with ease , friendly, presents good people skills . Other employees at 1:00 pm
Also very nice and do their best given short staff , high demand for hungry customers.

Level of safety : no wet floor signs on rainy day . Employees worn gloves and soup is not dumped in plastic bags already covered and prepared.

Very nice cozy place , fast and nice service,the same products as in all other Panera's ..For those who are regulars visitors of Panera Bread short info - NO kiosk ,No drive-thru ,No they don't bring the food to you! No numbers or table trackers , you had to wait for your own food at the counter or you will be called by name .
Most of these places are already very modern , cold and noisy , more like fast food with a drive-thru ,which is not entirely bad for someone who does not like to leave the car .
Unfortunately I have a bad experience with this type of service in Panera
for some places this is a bad solution when the operating team cannot make it on time to handle both inside and outside customers and then the waiting for the meal will extend enormously.One thing I missed here was kiosks, which make it much easier to choose food and create your own menu, specialty if you have your favorite food already saved there,
I would definitely visit again this nice cozy place

We had a great guy named nick helping us and collecting our dishes . He was asked how we were doing and will definitely go back. Also we had a another person with long hair who was super helpful

A Brisk Raspberry Iced Tea is always tasty, especially with the Sips Club. Highly recommend.

IT'S NOT OFTEN THAT YOU MEET A MANAGER THAT TRULY WANTS TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE... WE HAD A FEW ONLINE ORDERS THAT DID NOT GO AS WE HOPED... NORMALLY I'D NEVER CALL AND COMPLAIN BUT AFTER THINKING THINGS OVER, I FELT IT WAS BEST TO MAKE A PHONE CALL SO THEY COULD CORECT THE ISSUES FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS. I WAS CONNECTED WITH THE STORE MANAGER, CHRIS, WHO FROM THE START WAS AMAZING!! THIS LOCATION IS SO LUCKY TO HAVE A MANAGER THAT CARES SO MUCH FOR NOT ONLY FOR THE CUSTOMERS BUT THE NAME ON THE BUILDING!!! THANK YOU, CHRIS, WE APPRECIATE ALL THAT WAS DONE, YOU WERE AWESOME!!!

The food was what you expect from Panera. My coffee was great! We sat next to a fireplace and it was very relaxing Friday morning until a man sat down at the table beside us... And took a video call on speaker...I'm guessing he was a lawyer...that's what it sounded like he was discussing with the woman on the call. Loudly. Her personal business, in a Panera. It was entertaining. So much for lawyer client privilege.

This Panera has improved dramatically in recent months. Food is fresh, portions are generous, and the service is great! Panera has my favorite salads in the Lehigh Valley. And their soups are the best by far. Some of their selections are seasonal, and they are often some of their best ones. I recommend that you try this place out for yourself!

Covid-19 protocols were in place. The cashier and other employees were friendly, welcoming and efficient. I was delighted to see the summer fruit salad was already back on the menu. We sat in a booth that was designated "available." The food was ample and delicious.
I ordered a Flatbread pizza to-go and took advantage of the special to add a salad for $2.99 more. So, I left with 3 more (my size) meals. I most definitely will return to this Panera when I am back in town.

This is a nice Panera location. Cosy, clean setting, fresh coffee, courteous staff. The meal was good too.

Great soup, and sandwiches. Haven't had salad yet. Fresh meats and bread baked every day. Bagels and deserts too. Where to start. Oh yah, don't forget the yummy cream cheese flavors. Great for work parties. We have used them for parties at work. Box of bagels are the favorite break time treat.

Went through the drive thru, got home to realize I was missing a sandwich. Human error happens, I called them up and they replaced the meal and had it ready when I got there. Zoie was a big help and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Always loved this Panera.

Had lunch there the other day. Ordered a Cuban and a Chicken Soup. Food was actually delicious. A little overpriced for cafeteria style service but I probably should have ordered a half sandwich instead of a full. Ended up taking the other half with me. Overall. I’d eat there again!

The manager Josh was very patient with me concerning my purchase of a salad I didn't like, he replaced it fully and even offered me a cookie. PANERA is certainly a very professional and progressive business due to their amazing customer service and all the eco friendly changes they have made like paper straws. This is the second time they have been very helpful and im definitely a Panera fan for life. Thanks again Josh.

I hope I have the correct address for the Panera. this location the workers are great! the manager was very helpful and very generous! I came in through drive though and forgot my wallet that morning with out realizing and instead of leaving with out my breakfast the manger paid for it. thank you for that it made a difference in my day.

Melissa (I think she is a manager?) was SO helpful with fixing a problem we were having using an E-gift card. Definately made our day especially after just having a bad customer experience at a grocery store. Thank you.

very good. does not disappoint. very well put together food and tasty. staff and management are very friendly and always willing to work with you, however there’s rarely ever a problem. will continue to eat there.

Great quality food albeit expensive.. Management and staff are phenomenal. Always making sure my order is correct and being very patient and kind. Steak and Arugula with black bean soup is my comfort meal lol
