There is everything to love about this coffee house : the ambience, the endless rooms with vintage seating and artwork, the staff always friendly, the perfect shots of espresso and the selection of loose leaf tea, the intention throughout the entire shop gives a relaxed and comfortable customer experience.

First time here the other day & I loved it! Modern pastries with quality espresso drinks ☕ 🥐 I had an oat latte and crossiant- both wonderful. There's plenty of seating and different rooms to sit in. There's also two bathrooms, lol. I hope to come back again in the future. It is a bit of a drive from my current location, but totally worth it! 🤍

5 star chai tea and other drinks. If there was a 6 star for the presentation and taste of drinks… 4 star scone - toasted would have been perfect. Friendly professional service. Large area for sitting. Keep looking there are places throughout. Beautiful architecture. The area to order is small space so have an idea before you step up. Say hello to the parrots. Expensive if you are a student on a budget. $17 total 2 drinks and a scone.

This coffee house is the best place to hangout with a friend, get some work done or even have a little business meeting. Super cozy atmosphere with hospitable baristas and comfortable places to sit. I could and do spend hours here! Also huge fan of the decor especially the lady😍 10000% recommend. Best coffee shop west of France

An immaculate and beautiful coffee house. This place is an absolute gem. Everything from the floors to the ceilings to the walls are elegantly styled and unique.
The staff are very pleasant, and the food and coffee is wonderful.
If you work from home and want to work out of a coffee shop, I highly recommend this place! We'll definitely be back here.

We had a comfortable coffee date and the “Valentine Latte” tasted fantastic. The old mansion is really awesome to explore and we loved seeing the birds. Looking forward to coming back for another coffee date, and when the weather is nicer to also sit outside on their cute patio.

This coffee shop is so nice and serves some of the best coffees and lattes in the Lehigh valley. (Checking out local coffee shops is a hobby). Atmosphere is nice with lots of nooks and crannies you can sit in inside a renovated mansion. There’s also great outdoor seating! And they have cute parrots you can check out too. Their ham and manchego croissant is also bomb! Highly recommend this place!

This place is SO cute. Anywhere you sit feels intimate. The art is beautiful, the teas (I haven't tried the coffee) taste unique. There so much space. It definitely inspired me to come back and make art.

Great coffee and an amazing restored old building! Great vibes from the customers and staff. The indoor area is really cool with unique seating locations like window nooks and the outdoor seating is full of plants and charming tables. Terrific place all around!

I recently visited ThreeBirds Coffee House in Easton, PA and I must say it was an amazing experience! The coffee here is good. The staff is great and really friendly, they told us to checkout the 2 birds in the house. The atmosphere is also amazing - I love that the coffee house is located in a house and has different rooms to hang out in. It's also cool to see antique stuff like an old print machine around.

What I appreciate most about ThreeBirds is that it's not just a coffee shop - it's a coffee house. I've never seen anything like it before. It feels like a cozy home away from home, and the fact that it's located in Easton, PA makes it even more special. As someone who comes from NJ, it's great to have a place like this to visit. I highly recommend ThreeBirds Coffee House to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable coffee experience. I will definitely visit again to see the birds 😊

Stopped here for coffee this morning. Coming here for the atmosphere alone is worth it. It’s like going into your grandmas home with cozy nooks and crannies as well as large functional spaces all over to set up to work or sip on your coffee. I would definitely come back again to enjoy more off their coffee menu and try some of their pastry’s.

This place is great. I had a brewed tea and a savory scone. Both were really tasty. They take the time to steep the tea at the right temperature and for the right amount of time. I really enjoy the unique and eclectic way they decorate. It feels cozy and chill but energizing and fun at the same time. I will definitely come back.

A calm and charming coffee shop nestled within a beautifully restored mansion. It was apparent that the owners/workers put a lot of thought and care into their coffee, providing descriptions of the origins and tasting notes of their daily coffee and espresso offerings and beautiful latte designs. We appreciated that unique coffee and tea drinks and pastries were offered alongside more classic selections (their Earl Grey scone was PHENOMENAL). The presence of seating in each unique room on the first floor as well as outside on the back patio can also make for equally unique dine-in experiences on subsequent visits. We had kind and quick service and an overall delicious experience during our first visit and look forward to coming back!

Incredible coffee spot in a historic home with ample space for working/reading. Beautiful fixtures everywhere. Plus the coffee was really good!

This is one of my absolute favorite coffee spots in Easton. The coffee quality is amazing. The staff is super friendly and awesome at what they do. And the building itself is so pretty and I love staying in for a nice latte.

This is a beautiful building with original parquet flooring that you need to see. Beyond that, the coffee is very good and baked goods are excellent too.

Nibbles include delectable muffins, breads, cheese plate. You will be transported and immediately happier, as well as thoroughly caffeinated. Come enjoy this treasure like no other.

Quirky lively spot for Passenger Coffee and a warm croissant! Many rooms and seating options if you’re looking to work or chat… The birds!! Bizarre but fun.

Amazing atmosphere and coffee. Talented barista and friendly staffs as well. I can spend the whole day there if time permits 🙂
