Had such a great experience! I left without an item and didn't realize till I got home.. came back a week later(I live out of town) and told them what had happened and I didn't have my receipt like I thought I did... Was expecting to be told I was out of luck.. not the case at all!! Lynn(I assume a manager) took me to see if they had the item. They didn't... But she took care of me anyways! Gave me a full refund for the item!! What great customer service 🎉🤩 love TJ Maxx anyways... Now I love it even more!! Highly recommend this store🤗☺🤩 very pleased 😄

Great place to get well priced and beautiful jewellery. They have some good prices in the clearance area for clothes or tech. Clothing is a bit pricey but not different than other stores like Kohl's. Friendly staff. Shop is clean and well arranged. Nicely located close to highway 95.

Went in looking for a gift, found a heating/cooling pad. Will be back for pet gifts and beds: so many choices! Found these fun mugs as well. If you're ready for Christmas, they've got that covered as well.

What is there not to love about TJ Maxx?!! I've never shopped at TJ Maxx and not liked anything they had. There's always something that I like and they always are receiving name brand items from clothes, to home decor, to fragrances and personal care products, you name it!

They always have a good assortment of stuff. Friendly staff. Lots of holiday decor.

Had to pop in here for a quick shopping trip on Saturday and the whole staff, management included, was cheerful and ready to help but one super great employee really stood out above them all... thank you Emma B. for being such a sweet gal! She greeted us enthusiastically at the door and was personable and made us feel welcome. She was so genuine and sincere and really just a breath of fresh air! I hope she is truly recognized and appreciated for the asset she is, especially when customer service in times like these can be exceptionally challenging. She made our shopping experience and our whole day on top of that!

Long checkout lines but they are staffed well so it goes quickly. I love how it is one line and you go to the next available cashier.

The CLEANEST and most organized T.J. Maxx I’ve ever visited, and I’ve been to numerous locations across many states. The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful! I wish I had a store like this back home!

This TJ Maxx is great. The jewelry always gets me. This place is my go to for everything. They even have some very nice candy you can't get elsewhere. I love the furniture. The staff is always more than friendly and they treat each other extremely well. I like to see that. A very friendly place.

The other day I was shopping in TJ Maxx with my two little boys (5 and 2). My littlest was carrying around a tiny fox that my older son has had since he was a baby. Well we didn’t realize that he had dropped it somewhere in the store at some point until we had checked out and gotten to the car. I loaded up our stuff and took the kids back inside to find the fox. We retraced our steps and asked a couple people if they’d seen it but no luck. My kids were very sad, especially the older one holding back his tears. We asked customer service one last time before leaving and they said they would check. The girls then proceeded to put out a search crew and did not give up til they found the fox. One girl finally came around the corner like an absolute boss with the fox, my son got the biggest smile on his face and burst into happy tears. These girls went above and beyond to help me and my kids and I thought they should be recognized. 💙

Great place to shop.I was looking at sweaters, I am usually not happy with the quality of sweaters from China usually are made of Rayon and or acrylic. Very rarely do you find cotton or cotton blend with wool or just wool sweaters. I am a North Idaho Woman I like to be warm. Fall the climate gets cooler, winter well it just gets cold.
Was pleased to find good quality clothing made in Mexico 100% cotton.
Had a great gal check me out when I made my purchase!

My daughters love this place. And I have had really good service from the staff. On my last visit I picked out an item for a custom project I had in mind. I got home and it wasn't in my bag, so I called the store and the person I talked to searched the store and couldn't find it.
The next day she called me back to let me know they had found it, it got stuck on the checkout stand somewhere and they found it during the nightly close.
I think this is better service than I receive from just about anywhere.
I haven't been in any other T.J. Maxx stores, just this one - but this one is top notch in my book.
