Amazing experience from the moment I scheduled an appointment as a new patient; to completing all of the necessary paperwork; to the follow-up reminders for my appointment; to the front desk receptionist; to the dental hygienest answering all of my questions; to the doctor's exam. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone. A++

Tencza & Pugliese Dental is such a wonderful dental office. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in and speak to the extremely kind receptionist. Brittany the dentist assistant makes you feel comfortable as you settle in for your X-rays. Dr. Pugliese goes above and beyond to make sure the answers to your questions are detailed and works with you to come up with a perfect plan when you need extensive dental work. When you are looking for a dental office that cares about their patients this is where you will want to come.

Dr.Pugliese is kind, compassionate, and skilled dentist. I called his emergency service on a weekend because my mother had a serious dental emergency. My mom was not even a patient of his, but he responded immediately and helped resolve the situation. He offered me his cell phone in case he could help further. Im extremely touched by his compassion and professionalism. I will be sending my family there as patients!

So impressed with the level of professionalism from the entire staff at this office. Extremely thorough and detailed with their new patient consultation. Very informative with explanation of procedures that can be done to rectify the situation. The equipment that were used throughout the consultation was so advanced I had never had them used with previous dentist. So happy I made the switch to this office and feel completely confirmable with suggestions that were made for future procedure for overall dental health. I already told two co-workers how impressed I was and they have contacted the office for a visit. And for the first time EVER I was not anxious about visiting the dentist. So pleased and STRONGLY recommend.

Very friendly staff and hygienists. My first time at this office after moving back to the area. Couldn’t be more pleased. The hygienist Amanda was very friendly and walked me through everything. Most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Eric was great and addressed all of my concerns.

This is the best dentist and staff I’ve ever been to and I’m 67 so have been to many! The whole place gives off happy vibes to start and being in medicine and working in offices for many years, I know what that takes… a happy staff who feels valued! I personally see Dr Eric, he is a very talented dentist ,, knowledgeable and personable. Their equipment and procedures are quite up to date , taking a lot of the pain/discomfort away . I have had multiple procedures there and never feel anxious at all. Can’t say enough about he and the entire staff!!

Absolutely LOVE it here! This is the only dentist in the area that I’ve been so beyond satisfied with. The office is immaculate, the staff is beyond friendly and the service is thorough, efficient and informative. This is a great place if you appreciate a practice that will explain the details of your treatment to you, make recommendations and give you a truly 10/10 experience.

What a wonderful experience I have each time I go for my dental care. All the staff is excellent, caring and helpful. And the Doctors always fix what needs fixing in the best possible way. I am so thankful for them.

Excellent dental office. A+. They're really nice to customers, very positive people. Dentist Pugliese is the best I've ever hired because he verbalizes what's going on during the work--dispels anxiety that people have around dentists. Also very good about estimating your cost/insurance cost in advance, prices were good. And they also have good coffee.

Wonderful experience. Everyone was so patient and kind with me, they even gave me a tour of the office which included my favorite part, a hot chocolate/coffee bar. Amanda and Dr. Eric were awesome even though they told me I have a few cavities. Adrea, the most amazing insurance coordinator, got me pricing for my treatment and explained everything with great detail. They made me feel at ease and I cannot wait to come back and see everyone again!

Absolutely love it here. I bring my daughter who is 7 as well. I’ve gone myself and am going back soon. They’re kind. Patient. Considerate. Thoughtful and attentive. Seriously my husband will be transferring as a new patient soon after being a patient at the same practice for 20 years because he’s so impressed with their dedication and patience. It’s clean. Fast- just everything you’re looking for.

It was my first appointment and it was exceptional. The staff was great. The dentist was great very pleased with my decision to go there.

To start off, I came here after having several bad experiences at several different dental offices. My nerves were shot and my trust in any dentist to provide pain free fillings was slim. Well let me tell y'all that my life and perspective changed today at this office. As I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly front desk ladies, Adrea and Kristen, who explained everything in detail and helped to calm my nerves a bit (as well as Jammie who talked me through my most recent bad experience!). My first evaluation a few weeks ago, I was helped by Kitana, who was the sweetest soul, and today I was brought back by Kara - both ladies were so comforting that they made me feel like I've known them for years. Then enters Dr.Eric - there are not enough words to describe how thankful I am for his kindness, gentle nature, and the skills he possesses. I've always had a difficult time getting numb for fillings and YALL!! this was the first time EVER I have not had to have a dentist stop the procedure due to pain/discomfort!
I could go on and on how exciting it is to have finally found a super clean, well-run dental office full of extremely talented staff who makes you feel so welcomed and confident. Thank you all!!
End note: I would 1000% recommend this entire operation to anyone!!

The best professional/caring dentists and staff. I've e been to plenty of dentists but none like Tencza Dental. From their quality to their communication they are by far the best dentist I've ever been to.

Everyone was fantastic... prompt, attentive, friendly, extremely professional and took the time to explain everything thoughtfully with care. This was my initial visit and I WILL be coming back!

First impression of the office was immaculate. Everything was so clean, fresh and professional. The entire staff was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. All of the technology they use in their practice seemed brand new and state of the art. I felt abundantly, comfortable, and no longer have the need for a new dentist. I will be bringing my family here forever. If you’re looking for a new dentist and read this review, you need to look no further. I seldomly write reviews, but this one was necessary.

No question is too small or silly. For someone who struggles with dental visits, I always leave their feeling calm and confident whether they work on me or my kids.

I was amazed at the level of detail shown and explained to me by Dr. Pugliese and Amanda during my first appointment. I can now be proactive and protect my teeth from further deterioration. I read other reviews and information from Health Grades and the Tencza & Pugliese web site. I am glad and confident that I chose this dental practice.
