AT&T Store

I wish I could give the man who helped me a better rating, because 5 stars isn't even close to how great my experience was. He was so knowledgeable on helping me pick out my new phone. Then when we sat down he put on a kids show for my restless 3 year old daughter (with permission) which made my day. Got everything up and going with in less than a half hour, and still being flexible with helping other customers as well! The man deserves not only a raise, but a promotion!

Great service by Dave at the Dryland address store. He was very kind and very helpful in a short period of time. My issue with my phone was solved immediately!!

I was driving in the area and my phone died and I remembered my line was AT&T. When I went in the store, Elise welcomed me and made eye contact with me. I explained my situation and she welcomed me with open arms and got me 2 chargers and the good one so it would charge fast. The customer service was amazing and I loved how all the workers communicated with all the customers that entered the store. It was all smiles and nice conversations while my phone was charging. My Store Rep was Jo this is my secound time coming in getting new and more product and she is always on time patiently waiting to assist me. She works so hard to get you nothing but the best quality and amazing deals! She communicates with you and gets it done!!!! I will certainly be back.

Excellent service from Dave Baker. Dave was very patient and helpful with getting my father in law moved into a new phone. My father in laws memory is not the greatest anymore and Dave showed professionalism and patients even though we could not provide all the basic information needed to move from Verizon to AT&T. Dave never showed a sign of frustration and keep everything positive, for me and my father in law.
When it comes to the older people who are just trying to survive in a technical world, it can be very challenging to understand, but Dave was understanding and very helpful.

My wife's phone was hacked and Luis was amazingly helpful. He helped us identify apps that were used to give the hacker access. He spent an hour helping resolve the issues with the phone and access. He was very patient and did a great job.

We went into store and met with Kathy. She did a terrific job getting our new Ipad a cellular connection. We were on the phone with customer service for well over an hour and could not get connected. Kathy and her co-workers got us up and running, she saved me some money on my plan and we bought two apple watches on a special promotion. Got two for the price of one. Very satisfied with the visit. Thanks to all.

My husband, and I came to this AT&T location to purchase 2 new phones. Colleen M. Helped us with all of our needs, her customer service was outstanding. We came back a week later to get help with phone transfers. Colleen, offered to helped us get everything done with a smile on her face. We feel Colleen went over and above to help us. Colleen should receive some kind of promotion for her dedication. It's hard to get good customer service at some of the other AT&T. Stores.

Phenomenal staff. Was sent in from customer service via the phone and was given bad info on trading in a device. The store manager and a sales rep worked one on one with me and helped me figure it all out. They did not have to do that - they even helped me box my old phone, print a label, and all I had to do was drop off my phone at the post office and get a receipt. I am blown away with this customer service - it’s such a rarity now a days. Most places want you in and out - they didn’t make me feel that way at all.

Had terrific customer service from Michael F. He helped me from start to finish on my purchase. He didn’t try to over sell me, but gave me exactly what I needed and explained everything thoroughly. He was extremely patient and went over and above in his service.

I came to this store because I had a bad experience at an AT&T authorized retailer, which I didn’t realize wasn’t a corporate AT&T location. Elliot was wonderful and so incredibly patient! He thoroughly explained all aspects of my new plan and updated it to take away what I didn’t need and make it more cost effective. He also helped me set up my new phone and explained the new features. I’d highly recommend this location- all the staff were welcoming, personable and transparent about wait times. Overall, great experience!

Elliot helped us upgrade my husbands phone. He was so patient, kind, and helpful. He really took the time to explain options, made sure we understood our plan, and helped my husband get the right phone for him.
