Starbucks does what they can to improve the experiences of their customers. From 2023 to 2025, they’re laying out a “reinvention plan” expecting to open another 10,000 stores by the end of it. For anyone curious, there’s one opening early 2024 on Sullivan Trail about 10mins away from this one.

Recently, this local Starbucks has undergone a transformation, infusing the space with an entirely fresh and revitalized ambiance that is absolutely delightful. The inviting atmosphere fosters perfect moments for bringing together family and friends for delightful conversations. It's now not just a coffee shop, but a social hub that exudes warmth and camaraderie.

This is very busy location. I've been coming very early or before noon or afternoon, whenever I come this place is busy. Specially in the weekends this place gets packed.
So, make sure to have extra time before placing order or walking in.
Noattwr how busy the place is Starbucks team has always been very kind and friendly and met with smile, treated with respect.

There are outside tables (of 4 or 5).
There is no drive through.
There are bathrooms. Last time I was here the area was open, so I Believe bathrooms are open for public again after closing during pandemic.

I'm sure the atmosphere was nice, but we placed an order to go. Love the coffee, as always.

This Starbucks in particular definitely deserves recognition and appreciation for their continuous hard work! Everybody that works there is friendly, and always willing to keep the customer happy. I always get greeted with a smile, even when they are busy. People need to understand, this is an extremely busy Starbucks, and they handle it like pros, but occasionally you have to exercise a little patience (when it gets insanely busy). This does not reflect poorly upon the employees at the Starbucks either. They get dozens of orders at a time, and they always do their absolute best to fill every one of them correctly. I see every day how hard they work, and it is very often met with attitude, sarcasm, and a serious lack of appreciation. Let’s try to remember, orders are made in the order they are received, no one is trying to make you wait longer. If you DO feel the need to ask about your order, do so in a considerate way. It’s not that hard to be nice. For being as busy as it is, IMO this Starbucks exceeds expectations and I commend them for their hard work and their patience! Best piece of advice would be, make sure you order (keeping in mind that it is a busy Starbucks), a few minutes earlier. Without doubt a five star Starbucks, which is why I keep returning there. Thank you for continuously making my macchiato perfectly!

The drive thru is very busy, so prepare to wait.. and the lady taking the order seemed annoyed... . I ordered a basic latte... it was very basic...

The employees in the morning are serious rockstars!!! I don't visit often in the evening but when I do it NEVER seems to be enough staff and I truly feel bad for the employees. I just think with the weather nice and the temperature being SUPER warm I think as an outsider you should give the evening shift as much staff as the morning time. I'm a firm believer in you can NEVER have too much help I think especially in the food industry it's better to overstaff then understand because you can always send people home... This is my go to Starbucks and ALL the employees are AMAZING!!!

First time in newly renovated store. Very nice, bright, bigger and much easier to navigate. Good service

Gave them another try and was HAPPILY SURPRISED. Caramel cold foam cold brew was on point. Staff was friendly as well. A+

Extremely friendly staff, store was very clean and worked quickly to get many customers in and out while providing a delicious beverage. Recent review stated negatives including only putting in one sandwich at a time, but considering that every sandwich (and pastry) is an extremely different size and makeup it makes sense that they can’t put several in at the same time. Don’t come into a coffee shop during a rush and be upset that they didn’t put your breakfast sandwich in with a croissant. Use some common sense, and consider they aren’t a sandwich shop! They were speedy, polite, and helped me pick out a new drink to try as well! What more could you ask for?

The staff try really hard here, the facilities are clean and the drinks are delightful here.

The staff here is always so polite and kind no matter how busy they are. The young man at the counter even helped me when I forgot my drink order (the same one I’d been getting for months) he was very patient and helpful when I couldn’t, for the life of me, remember the name for over 10 minutes. Thanks for making mornings a little easier!

I give mad props to the workers at this Starbucks (honestly any Starbucks or coffee shop). This place is almost always busy because of the convenient location but the workers are always so sweet and work very hard. I’ve seen a lot of customers yell at the workers and it’s very frustrating. I think y’all are doing a wonderful job especially during these hard times. If you’re one of the people yelling at them, how about you go fill out a job application, huh?

This Starbucks has the best staff. Everyone is always super sweet and whenever I come in midday with Jacob working, he goes above and beyond to ensure I’m ordering something I will like when I want to try something new!

Sitting at the beautiful outdoor tables, an I have to give a big shout out to Jacob! Very attentive, kind, knowledgeable, professional, provides awesome suggestions! These guys are always slammed when I come here but they maintain focus, keep a professional attitude and work efficiently to get customer orders out as fast as they can taking care to get the orders correct. I worked for Starbucks at other locations for 6 years and I can definitely say this crew is doing a magnificent job. Old partner number 1519828.

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever had in my life! Every single time I go it is amazing. I usually mobile order before I go into work and the girls always make you feel welcome when I’m running in to get my drink. Do not waste your time going to any other Starbucks in the area, this is by far the best.
