I love the workouts at Sweat Like A Girl. They are demanding and fun. Heather is a fantastic teacher with a firm grasp of proper fitness techniques. Her sunny and irrepressible good humor make classes lively and enjoyable.
Adrienne, who teaches Barre class, is friendly, gives you a muscle screaming workout, and never makes you feel out of place even if you never took a dance class in your life(like me).

Sweat like a girl is like no other gym that I've ever experienced. I've joined many gyms that I've gone to and only returned a few times. Sweat like a girl the only place I've ever felt comfortable and wanted to keep coming to. Heather, the owner of the gym, has this way of motivating you and making you want to work harder and better yourself all while making it fun at the same time.

You will laugh, you will cry, you will SWEAT all your cares away. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and informative. They teach modifications for women at every level of fitness. The other ladies attending will become a major support for you as they are for each other. Here is where you belong. You are welcome from day one as if you've always been there. Ladies bring your beautiful smiling faces ready to sweat, run, walk, punch, kick, fight, row, jump, climb and more, come alone or grab a friend and head over to S.L.A.G!! 👊🏻🥑😊

Sweat Like A Girl is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. They have great trainers. The instructors are always helpful and motivate you to do your best. I enjoy this gym, and I am happy to be a member.

I took my first pole class this morning. It was a last minute decision and I am so glad I did. Heather thank you for making me feel welcomed and doing modifications on the pole. I love that the classes are for any age, shape & fitness levels. It is great that you can go to any class and do your best, without feeling like your not strong or physically fit enough. Sweat Like A Girl is the best fitness place in the Lehigh Valley! Thank you!

This is a little late as we went in December, but I absolutely love this place! Our pole instructor was so much fun! She made our time filled with laughs and we were all comfortable bc of her. I appreciate her patience and attention to detail to make sure we were doing the steps right. This is a place I can’t wait to revisit.

I love it! I've only gone to a few of the classes but I highly recommend it to everyone and anyone. The class sizes are perfect and Heather is just so helpful. You instantly feel comfortable being here and I've never left feeling unsatisfied. Definitely the best classes I've ever taken.

Sweat like a girl is the place to go to get in shape, have fun and join an amazing group of encouraging and welcoming women. They have an array of unconventional activities as well as traditional which is convenient for all walks of life. Definitely a must try.

Sweat Like a Girl has warm, inviting atmosphere. You always feel encouraged to work hard by the energy of the instructor and those around you. I truly miss being a member of such a positive and motivated group of women.

After struggling to find motivation to lose weight, I have found it with Sweat Like A Girl! I thoroughly enjoy Fight Club and Sweat Camp. It seems those classes alone have me coming back for more pain and sweat every week :) I highly recommend this gym to every woman at any level or stage.

The workouts, instructors, and general vibe are THE BEST. It’s probably the first time I felt like sticking with something because there’s so much variety and classes scheduled. Don’t be afraid to email, call, or ask questions they’ve always been nice and ready to help
