My kids have gone here for 10yrs I have always been pleased with care. Never there more than 30 mins. All concerns are always addressed even when I'm just being over paranoid. Dr Shambaugh never makes me feel rushed or like he doesn't care what I'm concerned about. All the nurses are amazing! Very friendly and welcoming ❣

We have always been pleased with the care our children have received. The office staff is friendly and helpful as well. Any time we’ve had a sick kid, we’ve gotten an appointment within 24 hours, usually the same day. Dr. Shambaugh is great with the kids and explains to them what’s going on, as well as informing us. Highly recommend!

I went to Perry Pediatrics as a child with Dr Chang, and my children have been going there for 19 years with Dr Chang and Dr Shambaugh. We LOVE Perry Pediatrics!! They have always taken amazing care of us and are wonderful with our children.

Dr Shambaugh has been my son Family Doctor Since he was a Baby and we have never ever had a Problem with the services that my son has Received from Dr Shambaugh to me he is a great Doctor he takes his time with my son to help him, and he explains what the problem is and to me he is a very nice Doctor to talk to .

Had taken all 3 children to see him . Was extremely helpful with all our needs .

I wouldn't want to take my kids anywhere else

Friendly staft and very good when it comes to the check-ups but when calling in to get an appointment due to your child not feeling well you get the run around. I ended up going to the the ER or a patient first for someone to see my child. When I called into the office they ask questions like what are the systems and how long has it been going on for and what have you tried then instead of getting you the appointment they tell you what to try even after you told them you did so already it's very frustrating. If you do end up getting in for them to look at your child you feel like they aren't listening and are rushing you out the door.

Absolutely do not recommend. Told me my child had an ear infection when I was persistent that she had pneumonia, didn’t take me serious and didn’t order a chest x-ray or anything just said the medicine she was going on could treat both. Later rushed her to the ER for multiple things, multiple doctors at Hershey said it was not an ear infection, they did x-rays and it was pneumonia and gave me clear answers. My child is not a huge fan of the doctor and freaks out, and Perry pediatrics has no patents for kids like that although it is a pediatrics office.
